Beautiful apartment, perfectly equipped! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook – large pots, a large pan and much more. There's even a coffee machine including capsules. Very, very large fridge and freezer with ice dispenser and cool water. The apartment is modernly decorated and technically top-notch – TV with sound system and Google voice control. The bathroom is spacious and also well equipped – shampoo, shower gel and even a straightening iron are available. An extreme plus are the free sun loungers with umbrella. The way to the beach is also very short. Also worth mentioning is the available parking space for people arriving by car. The exchange with Alberto was also possible at any time. The only small downside would be the sofa bed, but given all the other positive aspects, you can easily overlook it.

My parents had a great time, very clean and in a very convenient area. The apartment is nice and quiet, like the whole building!! They'll definitely be back!

Silvia’s place was an oasis of peace and relaxation for our week in Ferrara. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The garden is SO beautiful. Perfect for having a bit of wine or a nice breakfast. Having the bikes were a PLUS, we were able to explore the city with them effortlessly. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and Silvia has a great espresso machine, doesn’t make you miss coffee outside the house. Absolutely a great experience. Silvia is an amazing host! I am still dreaming about the view from the windows! An ideal base to explore Venice and cozy sanctuary to return to, exactly as described—clean, charming, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Caterina was incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth stay. Everything was wonderful! The location was perfect. Close enough to explore the best of Italy, but tucked away just enough for peaceful mornings and restful evenings. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming Italian experience.

The house is more beautiful than it looks in the photos, well furnished, all new, very well equipped, there is really everything and the spaces are cozy and comfortable. It is close to the center and all the interesting places and at the same time very quiet. Roberta is a very special host, she responds immediately to requests and is very helpful. Super responsive and helpful hosts, and a very clean and renovated studio 10 minutes to the arena! The only thing was I’m not sure if the A/C was working properly or maybe we didn’t know how - it gets really hot in the studio at night!

The accommodation is spacious, clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of the center and easily accessible by car. The area is very quiet and conveniently located to reach the big cities in the area. Paolo was also very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back if I happen to be in the area again

Loved the location and the many restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was beautiful and after sightseeing all day it was the perfect place to relax.

This accommodation is several times larger than the photos, clean, comfortable and perfect like home. The whole family greeted me and was so kind Snacks, coffee, water, and feed.Cookie. It is a lovely thing that is rich in ingredients needed for cooking and full of recognition. I stayed for 2 nights because of the schedule, but I highly recommend it for a long rest.

Our stay was wonderful. The rooms are huge, with private bathrooms and kitchens. You can park your car outside, and there's a play area for the little ones. We also had a crib, high chair, and toys for our little one. Lino made us feel at home, leaving us breakfast for the next day with fresh eggs and a delicious cake. Our son really enjoyed his dogs. We highly recommend Gerard! Super nicely decorated! You were greeted with Prosecco, typical pastries and coffee. Gerard always responds promptly and gives you valuable tips for a successful stay. Fortunately, Chioggia has retained its Italian charm. Always worth a trip.

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Stefania was an incredibly gracious host! The playful decor mixed with the historical architecture was delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in her beautiful home. The location was walkable for all of the locations that we wanted to visit in Ravenna, and we would love to visit this beautiful city and Stefania’s beautiful home again!

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.

Out of the way but still walkable to everywhere. It’s up quite a few flights of stairs with no elevator in the building, and the roads to get there are mostly cobbled, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Everything was clean and worked properly. Netflix account being usable was appreciated.

Tanja’s attic apartment was wonderful. It was super cute, comfortable, and most importantly a refreshing refuge from the extreme heat outside during the day. The location was perfect for us, very close to the University and lots of good osterie. I would highly recommend, and I will definitely be looking for this place when I come back to Bologna.

The apartment is away from the hustle and bustle of the major attractions where you can experience the more quiet life in Venice and imagine yourself living there. One canal over are plenty of restaurants and views. Imagine living in a Disney movie. Another canal down and you have a grocery store in an old theater that’s SO beautiful. There are also more restaurants and shops are over there too. With about a 20-25 minute walk you can be on the other side of the island to see St. Marc’s and Doge. Google maps is your new bestie. I say will my mom (75), my son (12), and myself (38) felt very safe around Venice and never saw anything concerning happening. There are multiple ferry systems. We took one in from the airport that was beautiful and the ferry stop is not far from the apartment. We don’t have this where I am from, so think bus stops for boats. If you have experience with that kind of thing it’s a good way to get around.
