Everything was perfect about this place. Clean and convenient. Home away from home. Very close to everything , around the corner the boat stop to Murano and Burano.

L’ alloggio è stato perfetto per due giorni a Venezia. Posizione molto comoda ed allo stesso tempo molto silenziosa. Direi tutto perfetto.

Ha estat una estada molt confortable. La ubicació excel·lent amb totes les facilitats de transport públic per anar a Venècia. A més, la Amfitriona ha estat molt resolutiva en tot.

L'appartamento di Alina è accogliente e molto silenzioso, ci siamo trovati a nostro agio come a casa anche con il nostro cane. La zona è tranquilla, comoda per i nostri spostamenti e naturalmente affascinante... Bello affacciarsi sul cortile interno con la splendida palma! Abbiamo avuto il piacere di conocere Alina che è sempre stata molto disponibile ed amichevole. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare! Grazie

Beautiful apartment, bright, in a quiet neighborhood. Very well equipped with everything that we might need. The location is very convenient close to transport. Ingrid was very quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Paolo was very proactive in ensuring we made it safely from the train station to the apartment. So thankful for his instructions. His assistant met us to be sure we didn’t get lost. Location is on the very outer edge of the island so it was extremely convenient to get to the water taxi to Murano, other stops around the island, and back to the train station. It’s a longer walk to the Grand Canal and where most of the bustling crowds are, but also made for a very quiet stay in Venice, which was nice. Restaurants are nearby and convenient.

A estadia foi maravilhosa! O apto é super bem localizado - fica próximo aos pontos de interesse mas numa rua tranquila e de acesso local. O apartamento é uma delícia e acomodou muito bem a nossa família - 2 casais, 2 bebês e a vovó. Além disso a anfitriã nos deu dicas preciosas! Vale a pena encarar as escadas para desfrutar de tudo que este apartamento oferece!

Séjour excellent. Le logement est situé en plan cœur de Venise, dans un quartier paisible avec un excellent restaurant à son pied. L'appartement était impeccable, avec de grandes superficies très agréables pour y passer plusieurs jours. Tout était vraiment parfait, merci Sandro pour ce merveilleux accueil ! Nous ne pourrons que recommander ce bien.

ベネチア観光に宿泊しました。バス停が近く、ベネチア島までのアクセスが便利でした。部屋も広く綺麗で、ホストとも連絡が取りやすく快適に過ごせました。

Wir waren zu einer Sportveranstaltung in Jesolo und daher war die Unterkunft perfekt. Aber auch für Tagesausflüge oder Strandtage super gelegen.

Siamo stati davvero molto bene, La casa è come da descrizione ci sono tutti i comfort e anche di più, appartamento moderno ed estremamente pulito e ordinato non potevamo chiedere di meglio, una garanzia se andate a Venezia!!

We loved our stay at Lisa's. She was very responsive and helpful. The place was located in a quiet area near the famous sights. It was a great place for our 2 families. I would highly recommend.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Nous avons été bien accueilli et l’hôte nous a aidé de façon active. Autant pour notre arrivée, pour notre départ mais aussi pour les activités et restaurants. Le loyer correspond très bien aux photos. Nous recommandons fortement.

La casa è arredata con gusto, gli spazi sono divisi en modo intelligente. La casa è posizionata centrale ma ma allo stesso tempo in un vicolo tranquillo. La casa è al piano terra ed è tutta pianeggiante senza le barriere architettoniche. La docia ed apertura docia soni ampi. Queste caratteristiche fanno possibile usare la casa per coloro che usano la sedi a rotelle, stampelle etc. La host è estremamente gentil, risponde veloce, da consigli e ci è lasciati molti pensieri come vini, acqua, dolce. Huge design apartment: ingresso privato indipendente con grazioso cortile proprio. Zona silenziosa e ottimale. Appartamento molto bello, ristrutturato con finiture di pregio. Le due camere da letto sono ampie, con letto comodo, separate da una zona centrale in cui c'è una cucina/soggiorno. Ogni camera ha tv e bagno proprio. Bagni davvero belli, dotati di ogni confort. Cucina con bicchieri per acqua e vino, accessoriata con mestoli di ogni tipo. Tazze per il tè piccoline e senza piattini. Il bollitore non mi ha convinto. Ho sentito tanto la mancanza di un piccolo microonde per riscaldare velocemente senza dover accendere l'induzione o, peggio, il forno che consuma tanto di più ed è tanto più lento. Sembra che alla cucina non sia stata dedicata la stessa attenzione per il dettaglio del resto della casa. Illuminazione interna curatissima. Bel posto. Consigliatissimo.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en este apartamento. Está ubicado en un barrio tranquilo de Venecia, no en pleno bullicio turístico pero lo suficientemente cerca de todo. El piso es cómodo, limpio y bien equipado, ideal para descansar después de un día explorando la ciudad. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue clara y fácil en todo momento. Sin duda, una opción recomendable para quienes buscan vivir Venecia de una forma más auténtica y relajada.

What a fun apartment! We are a family with 6 kids between 4-16 years old plus two parents and two grandparents. We had a great time. There were even toys and games for the kids to play with during down time. We were able to cook big family meals (sadly we also had to wash all the dishes because at the time the dishwasher was broken - this is not a deal breaker). We ate on the balcony one day. Just a great place. Stefano had great instructions and contacted us multiple times during our stay. Would recommend!

This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

Lara and Andrea were both very welcoming and helpful. Their place is a ten-minute bus ride from the center of Venice, and it's super easy to purchase a day pass for the land and water buses from a nearby tobacconist. The area immediately around the home isn't the most interesting place you'll find in Italy, but as most guests will be spending their days in Venice anyway, this point is practically irrelevant. A grocery store and McDonald's are just across the street to restock at the start or end of your day. If you have a car as we did, the parking situation is a little unexpected (paid parking in the grocery store parking lot across the street) but not expensive. There is an elevator for those who aren't spry enough to climb the stairs up 7 floors to the apartment, but since it is rather cramped, no more than three people can use it at a time. Overall a great experience, no complaints.

A wonderful stay in this well equipped, traditionally furnished apartment in a peaceful area with all you need close by and that view! 😍 Very good communication throughout. Christine met us off the Alilaguna. Arrived early but could leave our bags and take the keys which really helped Milk, juice, water and small cakes had kindly been provided. Lots of extras in the cupboards too including olive oil, tea and coffee. No clothes storage in the twin room but there’s a wardrobe in the hall outside. Wall mirrors in the bedrooms would’ve been useful but we managed with others. It’s walkable to all main attractions but you will do an awful lot of steps getting around! We relied on Google maps for directions. We visited Verona, Murano and the stunning Burano. Christine gave recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Al Muro San Stae nearby had fab service, quality of food and house wine and the best pizza I’ve ever had! A great weekend in a great apartment

Malgré une incompréhension liée à l'arrivée tardive, notre hôte a été compréhensif. Suzanna qui nous a accueillis a été très gentille, serviable et de bon conseil. Le logement correspond aux attentes. les équipements sont très bien : un bain à remous et un sauna (qu'il faut prévoir à l'avance car à électrique). Le lit est agréable si on aime la literie souple. L'appartement est propre ; il y a un peu d'humidité mais nous sommes à Venise, ça me paraît normal. Merci à nos hôtes et à Suzanna pour le séjour !

A great stay just outside of Venice, for those wanting somewhere quieter than the city itself!
