We had the most wonderful stay at Mark's place. The cottage is beautiful, clean, cosy and quirky with beautiful, original features and private outside seating. We felt at home right away. Mark was great at communicating with us and nothing was too much trouble. We'll definitely be back and would absolutely recommend. Thank you.

A great affordable base for the night! Showers were a bit cold, but other than that excellent all round.

Firstly, Stephen was extremely responsive and super helpful. He was very accommodating and flexible with check in times and overall a fantastic host! The place itself was beautiful! Two huge bedrooms with plenty of space to move around and relax. The bathroom and kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need in a day to day routine. Everything was clean, well kept and maintained. There are a few pubs on the street which can get busy during the evening time but the windows in the apartment were almost cancelling the noise out when shut and closed correctly! The area itself is beautiful with lots of small businesses and in general a beautiful place to be! Thank you Stephen for being a brilliant host! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful few days at Winkley Hall Farm. Fantastic property in a wonderful, peaceful location with everything you need for a relaxing, long weekend break. Our communication with our hosts was great from the moment we booked, to arrival and throughout our stay. And the lovely welcome gift was an added surprise and greatly appreciated! We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property, and will look to return at some point in the future.

This is the 5th time that I have stayed at Leesa and Ryan’s house whilst visiting family. It’s consistently amazing , I always feel Like I’m Just at home. Netflix on and chill. Get an amazing night sleep and the beautiful Park with the lake and the ducks is almost on the doorstep Just stunning Thank you !! I’ll See You again soon xx

Cosy 1-Bed Barn Near Pendle Hill

Beautiful cottage with everything you could possibly need. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, tupperware and every utensil you can think of! The cottage is perfect for solo or couple trips. The location is very secluded and quiet, aside from the lovely birdsong. A heads up, the track down to the cottage is pretty steep and full of potholes but this is to be expected on the way to a farm.
