Nouvellement décorée et meublée avec piscine privée, maison de vacances située au cœur du Périgord Noir. Le gîte est idéalement situé avec une vue spectaculaire sur un château et une campagne environnante. Il peut accueillir 3 personnes. Il peut convenir à un couple, une famille avec 2 enfants ou 3 adultes. Le logement est proche de restaurants, d’activités adaptées aux familles, de la vie nocturne, de la rivière et principalement des sites touristiques importants dans la région.

Beautiful Studio, All Comforts, in the Countryside.

A beautiful 30 m2 studio totally independent of the neighboring property. With a pool shared with the owner. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen area, dining and living area, and a nice sleeping area with a 160 cm bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The private terrace overlooks unobstructed countryside views. The owner's house is adjacent but she remains very discreet or even absent.

Gîte Basile 3* 2p, private hot tub, Périgord Noir

Very nice 3* studio (classified by Etoiles de France in January 2021) of 39 m2, quiet in the countryside with a 1.5 hectare garden. Perfect for a nature stay in the Black Perigord, between Lascaux and Sarlat. Ideal 2 adults, private hot tub open year-round, outdoor, not covered, terrace. As the bedroom is upstairs, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The cabin house

On the forest side and in the heart of a set of two traditional Périgord houses, the calm is total and the place lends itself to positive introspection, alone or as a couple. Just one essential in winter: throw a few logs in the stove, and turn on the fan in summer if you like it. 2 bedrooms are available in the accommodation.

Our Cabane des Bois is a cozy cabin with a private Jacuzzi in the woods, not overlooked. If you want to rent a house in the countryside, this little house is perfect for you. A deposit of €100, in cash, will be required upon arrival and returned upon departure.
