This place has a strategic location - it will be very easy to plan your visit! It's located 15 minutes from downtown by bike. 5 minutes from the tram. Our house is spacious and bright, we have a terrace with plants, you can use our “Green egg” barbecue and the heater at night. Green and centrally-located shared place. You will share the flat with a woman who returned from SEAsia and works from home with her 2 cats. It is a cosy and nice flat, and I am happy to host guests! Please note that even though the cats are not allowed to go inside the guestroom, they are in all shared spaces. The stairs upto the topfloor where the guestroom is, is not accessible to people with mobility issues.

Loved this place! It was extremely clean, the room with 4 beds was perfect for our family with young kids. It was so spacious, definitely not the usual size of European rooms. We used the hotel as our base throughout the Netherlands. It was about a 15 minute walk to the central train station. Shops and restaurants nearby. Easy check-in, friendly staff.

Perfect place for 2. 2 steps from the train station so extremely accessible. The accommodation is very quiet which is a real pleasure for relaxation. Once again, thank you for everything. Be careful with the cleaning company, however... We'll be back!

The apartment is very convenient, very close to Rotterdam Central Station. In a quiet and well served area. Quiet street. The well-equipped kitchen. And everything is spacious as described. There is a very comfortable new washing machine in the room and a dryer upstairs. Large, bright windows. I wrote to Renoeska and she was always ready and available for everything.
