This is such a special place! We absolutely loved our stay - it was the perfect place to unwind, slow down and be still. Rob was a great host and made us feel really at home . I highly recommend staying in Robs house and we’re keen to return!!

Thanks to Anita for being a great host. She was very responsive to queries from booking until checkin. The house was exactly what was described in the website. The location is perfect for stay with the beach closeby. The commute was also excellent, given that the Tram stations was very close and walkable. We had absolutely no issues and had no reason to disturb the host. Thank you so much for helping with a comfortable stay throughout.

We stayed a week in this beautiful house by the lake. Nature is unique the view of the lake and the seabirds spectacular. You have absolute peace and, if you want, you can also go out a bit by rowing boat. Gouda, Rotterdam and The Hague are super quick to reach if it rains or you want to see something different. We felt very comfortable in the house. There are probably some flight bugs due to the lake location, but at least at this time of the year there were no stinging specimens. We would come back.

Wow! Nor and Mat’s cottage was the perfect escape. The most comfortable stay with picturesque views. The home was immaculate, and Nor and Mat have thought of everything—including toys and crafts for our 3 year old. Their communication and instructions were great, too. The location was wonderful too—a short drive to many restaurants and stores while still quiet and peaceful. We loved our time there!

It went very well! The welcoming hosts, the very beautiful environment and the atypical boat trip allowed us to have a very nice stay. Everything looks like the photos. If you love nature and animals (and a bit of adventure) , I would recommend it.

We had 4 very nice days in the idyllic surroundings and the very nice house. There were five of us there and we had a dog with us too. Everything was a great fit. Nienke’s place was perfect for our week-long stay. She met us at check in and helped acclimate us to the space. They layout was great and very spacious. We loved walking to the metro which is right outside the apartment. Such a cute area and gorgeous views of canals and sunsets. Nienke is super sweet and always available to help. Fabulous communication and gracious host. We’d love to return someday!

We loved our weekend in the caravans. What a joy to relax there in the evening after trudging through the madness of Amsterdam and Rotterdam! Your garden is beautiful, surprisingly quiet and where it is really nice to relax or play with the children! Favorite for Bacon 🐖🐽 and his friends🐔🐔. Thank you for your kindness, I would have liked to have been able to discuss more with you but as you have noticed, my English is very limited🤣. Good luck and I hope to stay with you again soon! 😊

Katharina is one of the nicest hosts we have met. We loved our stay in her cute tiny house. The village is very quiet, super clean, and im sure in summer gorgeous when the flowers are in blum. The garden is perfect for our little dog, and we always enjoy having a full kitchen to use in holiday. We hope to visit again someday in the future!

beautiful spacious place, located in the heart of the historic town. in nice weather you can use the lovely terrace. inside very clean, equipped with everything you could need. the host is very nice and communicative. highly recommended!

Beautiful cottage with a lovely swimming pool. Beautiful large kitchen. Ideally furnished for larger family of 6 people. Warm welcome. The wine was ready, as well as cake and sweets ! Certainly subject to repetition!

Beautiful beach house in a quiet resort. Quick access to the beach and everything essentials can be reached directly on site. The house is super equipped and in good condition. Communication with the host was very pleasant and easy. In addition to the house, we particularly enjoyed being able to rent bicycles directly in the holiday complex in order to be able to explore the area comfortably.

accommodation is located in a holiday park , but that doesn't bother you. Calm environment , ideal to start walks and/or bike rides directly from lodging! Shop in holiday park is only open at 8:30 am. This stay is absolutely recommended

Aline's place was just wonderful. We found it in a very clean condition. Thanks for the great welcome gift ❤️ The accommodation is as described, there is just everything you need. You can use directly on the campsite and all the benefits (playground, pool and kids club). Our kids enjoyed it very much. But also has a quiet retreat in Aline's chalet. From here you can go anywhere in 15-20 minutes by bike. Beach or The Hague city center, all within easy reach. We'll be back

Excellent stay for 2 families. The garden with the lake view is just magical. Very quiet. In the countryside and yet close to shops and restaurants. Thanks for lending us the bikes and the boat. It was great to get around on the water. The area is beautiful and within reasonable distance of different cities to visit. Floris is a thoughtful host (Easter decoration, welcome gifts, etc.) and responded to our messages within the day. The house was very spacious and very clean. Authentic charm of an old farmhouse. Thanks for this real break.

We are a family with two teenage children, we wanted to disconnect for a couple of days and visit Rotterdam. Wiel's house was the perfect choice! Clean, fully equipped kitchen, clean linens. The bottle of wine offered by Wiel was perfect, sipped on the terrace at sunset. We were also able to enjoy the pool, small but perfect for an hour of relaxation. Nature at the Roman City Resort is wonderful. Highly recommended!

We had a nice time with our two children in the chalet. The welcome and also the farewell by Robert's mother-in-law was very warm. It was very clean and we had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. The washing machine and dryer are also great - on vacation with children is simply practical! The beautiful beach is really quick to reach. Thank you also for the friendly care and quick response to messages. And of course thank you for a lovingly furnished chalet in a quiet location,which gave us another nice break.
