The sloop is your means of transportation, with which you can reach everything. Supermarkets, playgrounds, the city of Leiden and restaurants on the water.

Dobberhuisje Kaag

The Dobberhuisje is compact (38.5 m2), luxurious and self-sufficient. From the Buitenkaag, you sail with the sloop that you get there, in about fifteen minutes to the cottage. In the cottage you will find a luxurious bathroom with a nice shower, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a living room. Around the cottage, you can enjoy everything that happens around you on your own deck and jump into the lake for a refreshing dip. The cottage can only be reached by water.

Cottage on the Binnenmaas

This stylish accommodation is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. In the middle of nature, on the water. Hiking, biking, working, relaxing. You can do it all in our cottage in the middle of the island of Hoeksche Waard. But Rotterdam, Dordrecht and Breda are also 30 minutes' drive away and can easily be visited from the location. The cottage is accessible by car via a private unpaved road and is surrounded by meadows.

A beautiful houseboat, on the Koppoel, with direct access to the Kaag. In the morning sun, you can enjoy a cup of coffee with a view of the Koppoel. From noon, the sun comes into the garden where you have plenty of space and several places in the shade. This is truly a unique place on the water! Unfortunately, not suitable for children without a swimming certificate. No smoking indoors, no parties and no pets.
