Our farm is located in the heart of the Vilstal valley and yet in a completely secluded location with only meadows/pastures and forests outside. The apartment has a separate entrance, is modernly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and a top modern newly renovated bathroom. The location is absolutely quiet, but our farm is cultivated. Many chickens, bees and our two Labrador girls Caro and Maya live with us and roam freely around the farm. Vacationers and installers are welcome!

The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Get out of the hustle and bustle - enjoy the sounds of nature on a listed farm in a secluded location when you stroll through the orchard or enjoy the orange-red sunset with a good bottle of wine by the pond. Swimming in the natural pond is possible (at your own risk). A cat has also settled on the farm. He is cared for as much as possible and likes to stop by, so the accommodation is only suitable for guests who do not feel disturbed by this.
