The house is amazing and Ingrid is very friendly and responsive. The photos don't do enough justice to this welcoming and warm house as soon as you step inside. I would recommend this house. Would come back for sure!

We spent three nights at Aurelie and Alessandros Airbnb. We were greeted by Aurelie welcoming us with crisp, fresh local apple juice and biscuits. The place was a nice quiet location to retreat to after busy days of sightseeing around Normandy and its landing beaches. In the village there was a well stocked supermarket and a great bakery (with the most amazing bread!) The accommodation was quiet, private and secluded as well as clean, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had a great dishwasher, fridge and appliances. Our favourite area was the bathroom, so spacious and modern, yet cosy, with a really nice hot shower. The bedroom had plenty of storage space for clothes and the bed was comfy. The heating in the radiators wasn’t on, but we were told to just ask if we felt we’d like it on (in hindsight a little bit of heat could have made especially bed linen feel less cool to get in at night). All in all we feel we had a very comfortable and restful stay. Thank you to our lovely hosts!

Romain’s house in Thue et Mue is the perfect home in which to relax in and from which you can explore Normandy, the impressive D-Day beaches, Caen & Bayeau. The house is spacious and it offers all the necessary amenities for a family with two children and a dog. The garden is great for enjoying the weather and on site parking offers ease and peace of mind. Romain and his family were very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions. We recommend it to all.

Very good location near Caen in a very pleasant setting, private terrace and garden are a real plus. Independent entrance, everything was perfect. The vehicle is parked outside the property in a small parking lot but very quiet neighborhood

Beautiful stone house in the Norman countryside, convenient to visit sites of interest such as Bayeux, the landing beaches, Mont Saint Michell (1 hour). Very friendly and helpful host. We had a great time!!! Super Recommended

We had a great time at this amazing house where you immediately feel good thanks to the welcome and responsiveness of our host. These few days spent with family will be unforgettable and the services offered are certainly something! And what about those wonderful sunsets seen from the sofa! We're already looking forward to returning.

What a wonderfully peaceful place to stay. It was great sitting outside in the morning having a coffee listening to the birds singing and the church bells ringing. It was also nice to have access to the gardens with a swimming pool, tennis court and table tennis. We were holidaying to visit the various D-Day beaches and museums which were all within a short drive. The property is well appointed with everything you could need. Arnaud & Jessica were friendly and helpful and would respond to any questions within minutes.

I booked with Thierry for one night. There were 4 of us and we were welcomed into a sublime apartment. Very clean, tidy, Thierry is very careful and is a very kind host. Recommended!

As others have mentioned this is an excellent holiday flat and superb base from which to explore Normandy and the beautiful city of Caen. The flat is clean, comfortable and is very well equipped for self-catering though the nearby town center bars and restaurants may tempt you out at little more that you planned. Highlights include secure and convenient parking, excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and the bonus of a lovely private garden to kick back while sampling the local calvados in the evening. As mentioned the flat is very central with a five minute walk into the center for fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Caen itself is full of surprises with beautiful churches and abbeys combined with a very laid back atmosphere. Though we did not meet Christine her ongoing communication was both discrete and charming. Book you wont regret it. 5 stars all round

Accommodation as described, great location in the heart of Vaugueux for visiting and going out on foot. Many restaurants and bars, the castle is right across the street! Small private courtyard that could be set up for a better stay. The bed upstairs is fine but unfortunately the sofa as a bed was not at all functional, slats missing... bathroom great! I still recommend it for 2 people 😊

I went to Caen for the French Yu-Gi-Oh Championship with a friend, and we needed a small accommodation close to the exhibition center. Well, we weren't disappointed at all! Great location, clean premises, caring and responsive host! I can only recommend it!

Good location in the centre of town close to everything (including Juno Beach Centre). On the third floor so lots of stair climbing. Apartment is small but cute and the sofa bed is very comfortable.

Pleasant accommodation in a residential area that remains close to the center of Caen (15-20 min walk). Clear instructions from the start, and the host is super responsive and available for any questions 👍

Cute and nicely decorated apartment! There is nothing missing in terms of equipment and everything is very functional. We immediately felt good there because of the generosity of the hosts (toiletries, coffee, tea, chocolate, groceries to make a vinaigrette, etc.) The state of cleanliness is of a level rarely (if not never) encountered. We are a little obsessive, but everything inspires confidence: fresh towels, sheets that smell like laundry, fitted sheets with the clean side facing up, fresh dishcloth and new sponge... We would have stayed longer! Thanks Marine and Fred!

Nice, functional and quiet studio. The bed is particularly comfortable. Communication with Fleur was very easy and she welcomed me with great kindness.

Accommodation fully compliant and even beyond, David thought of a whole bunch of practical amenities. Ideally located, feet in the water! Quiet! And great bedding (which is rare on a sofa). Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic time in the vicinity of Caen. With a magnificent view of nature. This is a perfect base for exploring Normandy.
