Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Rothéneuf, Saint-Malo

We had a pleasant stay at Tiphaine's for a family gathering. We were 3 couples and 5 children. The house is very spacious with several bathrooms and toilets. The building and park are beautiful and well maintained. This home is ideal for stays with families or friends with the fireplace, wood and board games available. A little more appreciated, Tiphaine was flexible for checkout time.

Very nice rental, impeccable for up to 6 people. Very well-equipped. Impeccable hygiene. Many board games available, allowing for great discoveries. Responsiveness and efficiency of the owner despite the distance. The breakdown of a household appliance is quickly resolved. Great generosity from the owners.

My family and I loved staying at Marie Claire’s gite. It was clean, comfortable, homely and beautiful! Marie Claire was there to welcome us and her and her husband were very friendly and helpful. It felt very good value for money. We didn’t want to leave and hope to stay again one day. Thank you Marie Claire!

A lovely apartment in the heart of St Malo. Great location, lots of restaurants, bars and amenities at your doorstep. The apartment itself has beautiful decor, is clean, and well equipped with a great kitchen and bathroom. Steve, the host, is very responsive. Easy check in and check out processes. A wonderful find, highly recommend!

The location is ideal for walking, ideal accommodation for a stay in Saint Malo.

We have been coming to Granville for 3 years and for the second time to Frédérique's and not the last time. Frédérique is a wonderful hostess, everything is simple and so well thought out. The apartment is in the very center, large, tastefully decorated and wonderfully equipped but the most important thing is that you really feel welcomed thanks to Frédérique's attention, from aromatic herbs to rhubarb jam to shampoo, everything is done with warmth and talent. We had no difficulty and if necessary, I have no doubt that the solution would have been found with Frédérique. Finally, the value for money is very good. From now on, Granville rhymes with Frédérique. We will be back.

Stay with my 2-year-old daughter, excellent. Baby bed and high chair prepared on my arrival with all the necessities (bathtub, beach toys, etc.) even though I hadn't even mentioned it. Quiet street with proximity to the beach and a shopping street. The apartment was very clean and the bedding was nice. 20 min walk to reach the city walls. Aline is very responsive and available. For those more sensitive to noise: maybe bring earplugs for the footsteps of the upstairs neighbor (toddler).

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a peaceful area, close to the beach. The bakery "La croustillante Malouine" is to be discovered. As for Chrystèle, a very nice person: a ray of sunshine. Thanks for your hospitality! KENAVO EMBERR! 😀

We had a great evening with friends at Daniele's place. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and perfectly matches the listing photos. We particularly appreciated the setting and its tranquility, which adds even more charm to our experience. Everything was together for a most enjoyable weekend away. We would recommend Daniele and her home!

Despite the rain we had a pleasant stay in this rental where the setting was worked with care (furniture, light fixtures and heathered paintings). The children really enjoyed the treehouse and picked up the chestnuts from the large garden. We needed the fires in the fireplace that we especially love in the fall. For the rest, the rental is well located (close to the beach, site visits, rather quiet area).

A perfect stay in an exceptional house! We had a wonderful stay with family (3 children including a baby a few months old) in this beautiful house in Saint-Coulomb. This is probably one of our most beautiful vacation rentals! The house is beautifully renovated, spacious, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The level of comfort is exceptional: everything you need for a baby (and even more!), electric mountain bikes, paddles… and more. It's rare to find a place so well thought out for families. The location is ideal: quiet, nestled in a green setting, with La Touesse beach just a two-minute walk away. A real little paradise. A huge thank you to Pierre-Emmanuel, our host, for his warm welcome, his great availability, his excellent local recommendations sent ahead of the stay, and for a perfectly clean house on arrival. Above all, don't change anything! We'll be back without hesitating.

Cecile and Francis put the super in superhost. They are attentive, friendly and responsive with plenty of good tips about the local area. Their home is one of those where the photos don’t do it justice - this is actually better than it looks. Location couldn’t be any more ideal: literally on the beach, you just have to roll out of bed and you’ll be swimming in the Atlantic. The house has been beautifully renovated and it’s decorated with attention to detail, lots of character and Cecile’s art work adding an extra layer of charm. A great hideout to explore Bretagne or to simply slow down, enjoy the scenery, the beach and the picture perfect sunsets on this quiet corner of St. Malo, away from the crowds. It’s very difficult to think of something that could be better… impossible actually. Almost feels like a well kept secret that you want to keep to yourself.

Excellent relaxing stay in this beautiful and divinely well-located house next to St Enogat beach, birthplace of Dinard. Exceptional sea views from virtually every room. High quality bedding. Very well equipped and fried. Super quiet residential area. All shops nearby on foot. Possibilities of great walking tours. I highly recommend this listing and its host! Only downside, the 2nd bathroom is only accessible from the outside and you have to take the shot to park when you have a big car.

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!
