Vacation rentals with beach access in Rothéneuf, Saint-Malo

This beautiful apartment with underground parking in Saint Malo was located directly beside the beach - it even had its own private underground access to the beach!!! We will most certainly be coming back for a longer stay very soon.

Nolwenn’s place was as described, had a nice water view, was comfortable, clean, and located near the beach, city wall, restaurants, shops, etc. Less than a 10 minute walk to everything in the city walls. We had a great stay and would stay again. If you have big/heavy luggage, it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Great stay at Valérie's! The accommodation is conveniently located 2 steps from the sea. Everything is doable on foot (shopping, access to intra-muros...) the accommodation is very clean and very well-equipped. The instructions given by Valérie by messages or directly in the accommodation are very clear. Thanks!

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment, a 20-minute walk from the train station and a 5-minute walk from the beach. This allowed us to enjoy the sea and the cooler air a little more on this hot weekend. The listing description perfectly matches the apartment. A true gem! If you are looking for a place in St Malo, this is the one! Conveniently located, with a side sea view from the window, quiet with the sounds of seagulls and waves… The appartement is also perfectly equipped. It was our second vacation with our baby and we were amazed by all baby accessories Marion prepared for us. From the bed to the chair, including the cutlery and the bath thermometer! An awesome place whether you are a solo traveler, a couple or a family! Thank you Marion

we booked Magali's accommodation for a wedding whose ceremony was held opposite. its location allowed us to make the most of the festivities while visiting the region (Cancale, Saint Malo). Everything is impeccable, from the bedding to the amenities to the decoration. A significant positive point: the house remains cool even in hot weather (with the exception of the dormitory under the roofs). In short, impeccable!

Sometimes when you book from photographs, reality can be somewhat different. This cottage was exactly what we expected. Mina warned us about the bells on the church but you could barely hear them inside the cottage. Mina was very helpful, not that we had many questions to ask. A beautiful cottage for two in the heart of a beautiful village. Good local amenities, sadly the village store was closed for the duration of our stay. We did make good use of the Boulangerie and the bars/restaurants however. We felt our holiday in St. Suliac was as near perfect as it’s possible to get. Thank you Mina.

Brigitte's place is just amazing! We were so lucky to enjoy her hospitality and we appreciated so much all the welcoming touches such as wine and the biscuits! The house was sparkling clean and equipped with everything that we needed. It was within easy walking distance to the beach and the shop, what else could you want as family with small kids! Hope we can come back in summer one day! Merci!

We had a great time at the beautiful accommodation in Cherruieux. A great starting point to make great excursions! In the house we felt very comfortable right away, it is very tastefully decorated, sparkling clean, well equipped and the sea view is unique! We will be happy to come back!

We had a great time at Mikaël's! The house is comfortable, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. It is ideally located, just a few blocks from the beach, in a quiet and very pleasant area. Everything is easily accessible on foot: shops, restaurants, walks by the sea… Mikael was a very welcoming, responsive and caring host. We'll be happy to go back!

We loved our stay here. It was so charming. Helene’s parents went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. From cookies and local cider at arrival to fresh pastries before we left on our drive into Paris, they were warm and helpful. The house had everything we needed and more to feel comfortable..We were so happy to have met this lovely family and stay in their guest home. We would definitely love to visit again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the garden and the very nicely decorated house. We were greeted by Corinne who informed us very well about the activities and visits to do in the area. Nice, clean place in a good location. Only issue was during check-in. The host outsources the key drop off and pick-up to a separate person. They were 45min late to the check-in/key drop off. Check-out/key pick up was spot on time.

The accommodation is true to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.

Very nice apartment with a great view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we'll be back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the box is very convenient. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

Beautiful apartment located a stone's throw from the beach for beautiful walks and not far from the city center. We did everything on foot. There are all the amenities available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key exchange despite our train delay!

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, very clean and spacious and is extremely well equipped and beautifullly decorated. Clément was fabulous. We couldn't find the apartment and he walked down in roasting sunshine, to meet us! He gave us a tour of the apartment and explained about the area. The wrap around balcony is perfect for views of Dinard and St Malo, it's very tranquil and relaxing.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well arranged studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence overlooking the beach with direct access, great! Perfect location for different walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the owner from the city, gave us valuable information to improve our stay, and he was also a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

A great place with an amazing view! We were lucky to have the sun and the heat to accompany our stay ☀️ The place is tastefully decorated! And it's very easy to park, there are always spaces downstairs from the apartment. In short, we recommend this listing!
