The apartment is on the 6th floor (with a lift) and very close to the beach. It has stunning sea views facing west allowing you to enjoy spectacular sunsets. It is situated in a quiet area with with a pub and restaurants at the end of the road. Close by there is also a grocer and a patisserie that make fresh croissants and can give you coffee. Lots of charm intra muros

25m2 flat on ground floor in a XVIIth century building, next to Chateaubriand birthplace house. The separate kitchen and the bathroom have been entirely renovated. The flat overlooks a private courtyard. N.B. The arrival is between 3 pm and 6 pm. If you arrive outside of these hours, we could eventually welcome before 3 or after 6 pm if we are available, thanks for telling us when you make the booking request.

Ce bel appartement, pouvant accueillir 4 personnes, a le grand avantage de proposer une vue directe sur la mer et un accès privilégié à la plage, qui n'est qu'à quelques mètres. Vous pourrez prendre vos repas en regardant la mer. Le linge de maison est mis à disposition et le ménage est en option au tarif de 60€. Arrivée tardive après 21h, 20€ sera facturée.
