Lovely airbnb in a nice quiet side street. Located close to a Lidl and a great beer garden with accompanying German restaurant. We loved the hot tub and amazing decoration and had a really pleasant stay!

We felt really comfortable in the house and had a great weekend. The house is in a beautiful and quiet area and the hot tub outside ran for us without interruption. Just the thing for rather gray weather. The bedrooms are also a really good size. Clear recommendation.

We had a lovely few days before Easter. In the accommodation is everything you need and it is ideal for children. The huge garden also invites you to not leave the property. There is a bunch of toys, a hot tub, a sauna and a solarium. If you want, you can spend the evening at the fire pit or sit in the gazebo. For young and old, it has it all. Yes, the furniture is older but everything is intact, functional and clean. Special highlight, especially with small children is the laundry room. Yes, not the desired employment on vacation, but who wants can make great use of it. We'll be back for sure.

I have family in the Dollnstein area that we visited for 3 weeks in July 2024. We stayed at this property and fell in love with the village. The rental property itself is nice and spacious. There were 4 adults and 1 child who stayed at the property and there was plenty of room for us all. If we needed anything, Roland was very responsive and the property manager came right away. The kitchen is a highlight-it's huge with a full-size refrigerator. It is also convenient to have a washer on site for clothes. My only recommendations would be stronger wifi throughout the home (it's spotty in some areas) and clear directions on how to use appliances and tv (there was a learning curve with those at times). Overall, the village the place is located in is a true highlight. There is a quaint soccer park/playground area that my son and I visited daily. The villagers were kind and curious about us Americans but not in a rude way. We felt safe and happy the entire stay.

Excellent! We enjoyed our stay in Sabrine's home. She has a beautiful home that had all we needed plus a sauna as a bonus! On the cold days we happily sat in there and warmed up! The location is great - right next to a tram line and the main station. Great cafes, bakeries and restaurants in walking distance. Regina is very pleasant and showed us how things worked in the home. Highly recommend!!

We were received in a super friendly manner. The whole yard is very familiar. For my son, the interaction with him and the participation on the farm was also something very special.

I had a wonderful stay in the cozy apartment. The communication with Eva was super friendly and the check in straightforward. I didn't miss anything! The small terrace with the beautiful view was a small highlight. We'd love to come back!

Very spacious and cheerfully furnished apartment, we were very well accommodated there with 8 people. A second 'real' bathroom with shower would have been the icing on the cake (there is a second toilet) and the sleeping accommodations are partly in the living room. Therefore, more suitable for a short trip with a large group. Check-in was flexible and all questions were answered quickly and kindly. Absolutely recommended.

We felt wonderfully comfortable and enjoyed the time very much. The house is very quiet and you can hike, cycle and also race directly from the house. Inside it was comfortably warm with a tiled stove and night storage on nights that were still chilly. In the afternoon, however, we were also able to sit in the garden in the sun twice. We had everything we needed. Our granddog also enjoyed it very much. We paid a visit to Steinau an der Straße and Lohr am Main, both very nice places.

The old hunter's house captivates with timeless charm. Solely located, right on the edge of the forest, there are concerts of various birds in the morning. With everything you need for everyday life, this accommodation is equipped and we thank Constantin very much for the really warm welcome and briefing, as well as the opportunity to stay in this gem. I can recommend the brick mill 100 percent. The arrival was very pleasant, friendly welcome, parking right outside the door, play barn directly opposite, so you have a nice view of the children when unloading. Great activities: we enjoyed the barbecue and campfire with the hosts very much, just like our trip to the Ansbach adventure pool and the children's hiking trail Rüdisbronn. The brick mill is very quiet. Really great if you want to unplug for a few days. No negative aspects.

It was the ideal base for visiting our friends and family. We were completely satisfied.

Super nice hosts and we had a super nice week! The apartment is super nicely decorated, centrally located and was large enough for four adults and three kids. If we had any questions, the hosts were always available and helped us at any time.

As first-time exhibitors at the trade fair, we were new to the city, but their warmth, kindness, and incredible hospitality made all the difference. The home itself was impeccably maintained, and to our surprise, the kitchen was fully stocked —making us feel even more at home. they personally ensured that our entire floor was cleaned daily with the utmost care. Such dedication and generosity are truly rare! Me and my two sons are deeply touched by their thoughtfulness and the genuine care they extended to us. Their home exudes warmth, comfort, an experience we will cherish forever. We cannot thank them enough for support. If we could, we would give them 10 stars! This was our second time in Rudi and Sigrid's house. This time we stayed for 1 month and we couldn't choose a better place to stay again. Like before, the house is perfect for a short or long term stay, because it offers everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is spacious with a lot of storage, the bedroom is very comfortable and the living room too. Staying here during the first spring days was lovely. Rudi and Sigrid were very kind to prepare an outside table and chairs so we could enjoy the sunny days with a view to a beautiful garden and pool. The house is super comfortable and you immediately feel at home. We recommend 100% if you're choosing to stay in Würzburg. You can also enjoy a big park in the Hubland area, as well as some coffee shops, supermarkets and a gym. You are also just a few bus stops from the city center. We are very thankful for Rudi and Sigrid's hospitality and we are sure we will come back one day.

Very cozy beautiful apartment. Rooms were very spacious, clean and modern.Especially I loved the scenic view from the balcony. Very calm and beautiful place surrounded by vineyards and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Bus stop is located in front of apartment and the apartment is located just 1km away from rauthaus(town hall). Need to tell about Renate and Fritz, they were very friendly with us. It’s our first time visit to Germany they gave us warm welcome and was very helpful. With no other second thought I would recommend this stay … :-)

Really thanks for the warm reception from Mrs. Ilse. and she's really so nice. It's the best airbnb experience ever. The room is clean and comfortable. I can see the outside beautiful stuttgart from the room. Even I got a surprise gift from Ilse when check out. If any chance , i will book again for sure.

We were a family of 4 (children 7 and 1 year old) for a weekend at Marco and Steffi. We used the apartment as a base for a weekend in Bamberg. We had everything we needed, felt very comfortable and welcome, the apartment was very clean and perfect for us with its own access. The children could play in the garden in the morning and evening within sight of the living area. That's definitely a huge advantage with the kids. Thank you!

Very nice place to stay, I would definitely come again. Hopefully the COVID restrictions will be lifted soon and the swim area can be used by multiple families again, it would be a great place to hang out in the evenings for some social gatherings.
