Chalet vacation rentals in Rota

It does nothing that we returned from spending 4 wonderful days at Villa Cortijo Andaluz and we are still connected by my family and I to this magical place. From the first moment you enter you are surprised by the beauty of the whole place, the garden surrounds you with an abundant and well-kept nature that accompanies that wonderful pool. A porch where you make life all day long as it is ideal. And of course Juan and Carmen are lovely, great hosts in every detail. A place to recreate and regenerate. We will come back clearly.

We had a fantastic family vacation. The accommodation is very cozy and very tastefully decorated, above all I loved all the wooden craftsmanship. Victoria is a great hostess very attentive and kind. We felt right at home, it is a quiet place and 10 minutes from La Barrosa beach, one of the best in Spain.

We had a great stay for a week at Pepe's house. The house is well equipped and has many details that create a feel-good atmosphere. It may not be as new as in the pictures, but everything is in a usable, at least decent, condition. Overall, it felt like a real home to us. The outdoor area offers various seating options and a beautiful garden, which we also enjoyed using. Overall, it is very quiet and yet not far from interesting cities and the many beautiful beaches of the region. Pepe himself was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with good tips and was always available for us.

It has been a pleasure to stay at Diego's house, he has been super attentive and has given us flexibility in the schedules, both in and out. The house is very clean, with a patio with lawn, in addition to having parking at the same door. A quiet neighborhood, close to a Mercadona supermarket and about 10/15 minutes walk from downtown and also, from the beach. We take a pet and we really enjoy the stay. I repeat for sure!!!

Very nice location. Quality services. Jordi was very responsive and easy to check in. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Good location for visiting the surrounding area. I highly recommend this place. Perfect.

Fantastic location, peaceful and private, just what I wanted

We were 13 people, a week, in this accommodation; Sara is available at all times and indicated the surroundings to visit. The dining room is spacious for all of us as well as the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms are small and the toilet tb, as shown in the photos, but we were really only in them to rest, and since there is air conditioning, it sleeps well. There is ample garden area very manicured, with a swimming pool and being able to eat there. The area is very quiet, it parks inside, and as the only inconvenience is that there is something to take a car to go shopping and go to the beach, as it is a residential area, but in our case we visit several places so we didn't mind.

Had the most lovely stay in this gorgeous villa. My party included myself, wife, my 17yr old and 19yr old. As well as this my sister, her husband and two young children were with us and this villa had more than enough space and relevant rooms to accommodate us all more than comfortably inside and out. The Photos of this Villa look gorgeous but they don’t quite capture the quality of fixtures and fittings. The Villa is of a very very high standard. Also, the size and space of the property is much bigger than the photos suggest. The hosts were very communicative, helpful and friendly. The local area is beautiful and quiet with gorgeous beaches within a 10minute walk that also has a beautiful beach bar/restaurant that had excellent views of the sunset (we enjoyed this almost every day) Local store and restaurants are convenient and will cover the basics you may need. We have stayed in many Villas across Europe and the USA and this villa might just be the best

A great family few days, the house with all comforts and perfect for 9 people we were the cerquita beach and the best the pool area...chulisima The only sticky spot in the area was a lot of mosquitoes those days and we came full of bites.

We spent 15 great family days, the house is very spacious, comfortable and everything is very clean, Pepa and David were available at all times. Pepa is a delight, it's a pleasure to be with her. Thank you for everything!!

Wonderful villa!!! With all the amenities and utensils you may need to spend a few days on vacation. Manuel has been very attentive at all times and we hope to be able to come back soon. 100% recommended

The house is comfortable, clean, and cozy, the terrace and pool area are very nice and spacious. Jaime is an excellent host. He communicated with us at all times and made sure everyone was comfortable. I recommend Jaime's house 100 %.

The house, the comfort and the spaciousness are incredible. At the touch of the most beautiful beach in Roche. A charm as we hope Marta Very loving and willing to facilitate our stadium Graciassd friends!! We will definitely return

We had a wonderful time in Roche. It was very relaxing. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for us with two small children.

This house was perfect for our combined families! It was beautifully furnished and very clean! Best part, it was right on the beach! We especially loved the outdoor seating area overlooking the ocean! Miguel and Pedro were great to work with and were very responsive!

Perfect accommodation for a family, to enjoy the coast and the beach (100m away), very peaceful area and free parking in front of the house (mid-April, before the Easter w-e). 2.5 km from the city center, a few restaurants nearby. Lots of garden furniture/terrace, nice foosball, but hammock and umbrella not available. Well-equipped kitchen/laundry room.

We loved our stay at Christoph's place. Everything worked. Spotlessly clean all over, comfortable beds, great showers with plenty of hot and powerful water. Lovely pool. Good condition and working mosquito nets on all of the windows . The kitchen is extremely well equipped though small .. hard for more than one person to work there at a time but it had every piece of equipment you could need including condiments. The outdoor space for us was the piece de resistance we used all of it.. depending on whether we wanted sun or shade.. there was a place and seating and we always ate outside. There was an awning and an umbrella which makes things very comfortable if you don't like direct sunlight. The location really suited us.. so peaceful and yet only ten minutes walk from beach and promenade and nice coffee shops . The local shop meant we had fresh bread every day. Heike was so helpful and clear in her instructions and advice and while available was very respectful of our privacy.

If you are looking for some peace and tranquility but close to the town this is the place. Lovely location . Beautiful views and the place has everything you need.

We've been very comfortable during your stay. Juan has been an outstanding host. The house is very well located just a few meters from the beach in an urbanization with all the amenities and with the possibilities to visit due to its proximity to populations such as Chipiona, Sanlúcar, Puerto de Santa María or Cádiz. A highly recommended stay.

We spent a few days at José Antonio's house. The house is very comfortable, we have enjoyed the garden and the wonderful pool, the kitchen is very new and with everything you may need in terms of kitchenware, the beds are very comfortable and with bed linen and towels with very little use, something that I personally appreciate very, very much. Clean and very cozy. The house is located in a very nice residential area, a few meters from a beach between pine trees and a short walk from La Barrosa beach (20 min walk). With a bike path and routes between the salt flats of Chiclana, the port of Sancti Petri... a very nice and quiet area but with restaurants and a leisure area, super close (less than 10 min by car) (Chiclana and La Barrosa) and close to Cádiz city. José Antonio is very kind and attentive, with details to make the welcome more comfortable (coffee, oil, cleaning products...), we felt very at home (not in an accommodation) and that is always a pleasure. We definitely recommend it. Thank you

We stayed at this great house for 2 weeks. The home is just as described. Everything is very well maintained, clean and very nicely decorated. The bathrooms look new, modern and stylish. Everything is lovingly decorated, restrained and modern. 1 minute to the beach. Perfect garage parking space at the house, as you have to pay there on the street via the parking app since Monday, simply worth its weight in gold. Javier is a perfect host, a 10 from me. Always approachable and takes care of things immediately. His tips are great. We'd be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended.
