we had a wonderful stay at Faye's this weekend. even though it rained hard, we felt cosy and comfortable in the yurt enjoying the sound on the roof as we dozed off. the gardens are beautiful and the views out to the firth of forth are special. a real slice of paradise Faye and her partner were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed while also giving us privacy to enjoy our stay. thanks for having us

17th Century Dovecot, 20 min to Edinburgh by train

The house is relatively spacious for 2 people, and located less than 10 min walk to Inverkeithing train station. Door to door, you can be in Edinburgh in 30 minutes, which is very convenient. Leon was very responsive when we had questions. He helped us adjust the heating, and brought us an extra blanket when we asked him. A few points to note however: the bed is quite soft, and the light passes quite a bit through the curtains of the bedroom, so plan to bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to it.

We had a lovely stay! The location was perfect. There is a shop right around the corner and the train station is near by! The kitchen also had everything, if you wanted to cook. The bathroom had all that was needed and more. Would definitely recommend this place!

Exactly as described and felt instantly at home. Bed softer than we are used to but very comfortable with good linen and plenty of pillows. Kitchen very well appointed with everything you’d need (no dishwasher but not really needed!) Shower / bathroom Spacious and plenty of hot water. Absolutely brilliant for what we wanted and needed on this trip and will book again if available. That says everything really.
