Vacation rentals with a pool in Rosolina Mare

Das Haus ist wunderschön , sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es bietet den versprochenen Platz mit einer guten Einteilung. Jetzt im November war die Heizung wichtig. Das Wlan ist gut, es gibt ausreichend Platz, um auch zu arbeiten. Die Vermieter haben auf Anfrage schnell und kompetent reagiert. Das Haus ist von einem tollen , großen Garten mit großer , überdachter Terrasse umgeben.Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Besser geht es nicht.

Andrea & Valentina are exceptional hosts! Andrea’s communication is excellent: he checks in, makes recommendations & is quick to answer any questions you have. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean, with all the lovely amenities you could ask for. The private garden with the Jacuzzi was a bonus—very relaxing and peaceful. I ended up using it daily! Their home is on a nice quiet canal, tucked away from the very ‘touristy’ areas, but just a short walk to any of the popular attractions. There were tons of lovely restaurants & shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away for necessities. Their place is really a gem, and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend & would definitely book again on my next trip to Venice!

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with. And thanks to Faina and Family.

Nous avons passé une très bon séjour, la maison est très paisible, agréable à vivre et bien équipée. L’espace piscine est top! Maria nous a bien accueilli et a toujours été disponible et réactive.

Merci à Antonio et Manuela pour leur gentillesse, leur bienveillance et leur accueil chaleureux. Nous nous sommes trouvés comme à la maison. Le logement était impeccable, très propre, avec des équipements au-delà de nos attentes, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous avions la piscine en exclusivité car nos hôtes étaient très discrets et attentionnés ( Merci Antonio pour tes conseils et attentions lors du problème médical d'Aurélie 🙏). Le logement et est même plus grand que sur les photos, avec beaucoup d'espace et de confidentialité. Nous avons pu visiter Padoue, Vérone, Ravenne, Bologne, Venise, Vincense, Ferrare , le lac de garde, le tout à 1h/1h30 maxi, idéalement placé pour découvrir le région, au calme à la campagne. Nous avons pu manger tous les soirs dehors, pas embêtés par les moustiques. Ravis de notre séjour et aussi de la belle rencontre avec Antonio et Manuela qui sont de belles personnes. This is the best place to stay near venice. Everything was good during our stay. Igor really nice host and explain everything very well, we enjoyed staying at Igor place. Once you arrive you will feel like home. The decorations inside the house very unique and classic venice style. The garden outside also very nice and well maintained. Got many kinds of fruit trees. Highly recommended to stay at Igor place. The best owner. Thanks igor for the nice hospitality.

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein kleiner Nachteil war das fehlende Bügeleisen: Obwohl ich zweimal darum gebeten habe, eines bereitzustellen, wurde das leider nicht organisiert. Ein Bügelbrett war vorhanden, aber ohne Bügeleisen leider nicht hilfreich. Außerdem wäre ein Backofen in der Küche praktisch gewesen. Insgesamt aber trotzdem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Tolle Anlage , sehr nette Menschen. Die Stadt kann man supergut auch zu Fuß erreichen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Wohnung war super sauber , bequeme Betten und alles was man braucht vorhanden.

Es war wunderschön bei Alessandro. Die Kommunikation lief toll,die Beschreibung und Fotos entsprachen der Realität.. Immer erreichbar,sehr freundlich und unkompliziert . Danke für die schöne Zeit bei euch!

Die Wohnung war für uns ein absoluter Traum. Ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt, auch mit diversen Lebensmitteln. Ugo und Graziella waren tolle Gastgeber. Sie haben uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und waren immer für uns erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo casa molto bella, accogliente, pulita e con mobili e accessori di ultima generazione (Tv 65 pollici, WiFi, etc). La casa era anche più grande di quanto si poteva auspicare dalle foto. Due grandi bagni con ampia doccia. Una grande camera matrimoniale con comodo materasso e biancheria calda morbida e pulita. Una cameretta con due ampi letti e comodi spazi, un comodo disimpegno. La cucina è il soggiorno molto funzionali. Un ampio divano dove potersi rilassare con tutta la famiglia. Insomma, ben oltre le aspettative. L’host ha sempre risposto prontamente alle necessità ed è stato estremamente cordiale. È una soluzione che consiglio vivamente per gli ampi spazi, la vicinanza al mare, la piscina (che considerato il mese non abbiamo potuto utilizzare), il parcheggio a pochi passi. Mi auguro di poter tornare presto! Grazie ancora!

Wonderful place for a family to stay. Thomas was very friendly and responsive. The check in was very smooth and the parking space is also very nearby. The apartment is 30 mins away from Venice via car. Would definitely come back. Only downside was the bathrooms didn't have a lock. Apart from that everything else was perfect.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
