Direct access to the water via a small path outside the house. Enclosed garden with large trees, a trampoline, and garden furniture. Possibility of canoe rental at the harbor 10 min. walk from the house along the fjord. Wood-burning stove, heat pump (year-round use), dishwasher and washing machine. Parking at the house. A place we love to use with our children when we need a break from the noise of the city.

In short, this cozy apartment is right in the heart of Roskilde. NOTE! I would like to point out that this is my private home, and therefore my belongings, etc., will be in the home. So you won't find an apartment that's completely empty. The building is older, so it's not hotel-clean, but rather a normal level of cleanliness.
