Here, you will have your own bedroom, a large playroom filled with toys, a sofa bed, and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The home is furnished with a focus on children: high chairs, toys, a sandbox, etc. Featuring a heated swimming pool and a large covered terrace with a grill. Only 0.6 miles to the beach, close to woods for walks and nature, and 1.2 miles to the train station. From here, you can reach Copenhagen in about 32 minutes – perfect for a trip to Tivoli and Strøget.

Lovely two-story house 4 minutes from the beach, with a pool

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home near the beach, which offers plenty of space and a lovely sunny garden. There is a shared building with an outdoor heated pool, fitness center, and sauna. Three great rooms with double beds and a lovely living room. Free parking right in front of the house. Close to Solrød City and a direct S-train line to Copenhagen in 30 minutes. Solrød offers a great city life, with excellent restaurants, Lagkagehuset, and Paradise Ice Cream.

Experience the beautiful nature surrounding Lynghøjgård, the farm is a horse property so there are views of horses and beautiful nature. Lynghøjghård is only 25 km from Copenhagen City Hall Square and 12 km from Roskilde. The S-train station is only 3 km from here, which can take you to many places, easily to Copenhagen. If you like cycling, the roads around are perfect for it. Or if you like golf, there are several golf clubs nearby. While our pool area is perfect for relaxing when the weather is warm.

Thatched villa in Solrød Village

In Solrød Landsby towards the fields, there is a 200 sqm thatched villa, where there is room for the whole family. Usually, a family of 5 lives here. Two adults, two girls of 10 and 4, and a boy of 8. We have chickens (and chicks practicing their crowing), a grain barn, large garden and plenty of room for play. In the driveway there is room for two cars and in the garage there is a rowing machine. It is 7 minutes by car down to the station (S-train to Copenhagen) and shopping, 9 minutes to the beach.

The house has a backyard with a terrace and lounge set, as well as a courtyard with a dining table for 8 people. Peaceful retreat with access to private toilet and outdoor shower, bbq, fireplace, heated pool. Great opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling or paddle-boarding in nearby lakes and fjords.

Trampoline + swings for the kids. The meadow, forest and lakes outside our property offer nice hikes. 35 mins from Cph airport/central Cph. 5 mins drive from Roskilde Fjord. Enjoy fresh greens & herbs from the garden. We just ask in return that you water the garden in the warm summer days.
