Relax with the whole family in our everyday villa close to Karlslunde and Solrød beach, Trylleskoven, and the meadow with cows and sheep. The house is suitable for families with children; there is a trampoline, a playhouse and a wooden hut. The S-train is about 1.5 km away, and you can easily cycle there. From there, it takes 25 minutes by E-tog to central Copenhagen. Mosede harbor is also cozy with delicious ice cream on either Isola or the harbor itself, where you can also eat barbecue, Asian food, or fish. The house is rented out with our everyday things.

Wonderful villa with a good location for everyone

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. There's plenty for kids and adults who just want to relax, enjoy the beach or laze around in the garden. The house has three beds, two regular double beds and a bunk bed for children. The bunk beds measure 90*180 each. Otherwise, the house has a kitchen, a living room, playroom, large driveway, large wooden terrace with various furniture arrangements, gas grill, swimming pool (for children) 2*3*0.8 meters. S-train to Copenhagen as well as shopping and more about 4-5 minutes walk from the house.

You rent the entire ground floor and have the house all to yourself. The first floor and parts of the basement will be locked, but there will be access to the laundry room as needed. Indoors, you'll find a children's room filled with toys, as well as a sofa bed that provides extra sleeping space. In addition, there is a comfortable bedroom for the adults. Large child-friendly garden with plenty of activities: toys for small children, a pool, a ping-pong table, darts, and a small soccer field – all created for fun for the whole family.

Experience the beautiful nature surrounding Lynghøjgård, the farm is a horse property so there are views of horses and beautiful nature. Lynghøjghård is only 25 km from Copenhagen City Hall Square and 12 km from Roskilde. The S-train station is only 3 km from here, which can take you to many places, easily to Copenhagen. If you like cycling, the roads around are perfect for it. Or if you like golf, there are several golf clubs nearby. While our pool area is perfect for relaxing when the weather is warm.

Welcome to our home! Our house is a modern style home, 140 sqm. We have a wonderful dining area in connection with the kitchen. Large living area with relaxing chairs, sofas a flat screen panel and a Sonos music system. There is a lovely morning light in the livingroom as the sun rises. Since we have 2 daughters at the age of 9+13 our home is ideal for families with children at these ages. We lived in Copenhagen for more than 20 years so we can guide you on what to do and see!

Beautiful and newly built wooden house in scenic surroundings. The house is 264 sqm and has 5 rooms and a large living room and kitchen living room of about 100 sqm. There are incredibly beautiful views out to meadows and fields and access to a large garden and fire pit. As we work in interior design, our home is also a place where we try to create a cozy but also colorful environment.

Spacious house with fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms/rooms, open kitchen/dining/living area, big garden with heated pool (during summer), greenhouse and BBQ. Plenty of room for 2 families/ big group of up to 8-10 persons. We have a cat, Sira, and she will be living there. We kindly ask our guests to give her fresh water and food twice a day. It is a Non-smoking house.
