The house is located on a large plot and has a lovely wild and unspoiled garden to the south. There is an outdoor fireplace for evening fun on the terrace, and a Weber grill Playhouse for the small children in the garden, as well as berry bushes and herbs in the garden NOTE: A new entrance has been arranged, and a completely new bathroom has been built where there was previously a junior chamber. Lovely villa on the outskirts to Saint Jørgensbjerg in Roskilde near Roskilde harbor, Gimle, Boserup Skov, the Viking Ship Museum and the beautiful Roskilde Cathedral. Everything is within a few minutes' walking distance. The house exudes coziness and offers a pleasant outdoor area on the west-facing covered terrace, featuring an outdoor grill, a conservatory, and a hammock under the beech trees. The house is located on a private road and has its own parking space for 2 cars. In the living room, there is plenty of space for the whole family, a large TV package and free WiFi.

Nice large garden with shelter, tree top house, campfire, swing rack, trampoline. Large wooden terrace of 30 m2 overlooking the street, barbecue and table with chairs for 8 people. Stone terrace in the back with benches. It is 50 m to shopping and 3 km to a beautiful bathing lake (limestone quarry), 3 km to the beach. Great for running and cycling trips. Close to Copenhagen, Roskilde and Køge.

Our modern and cozy home is beautifully located overlooking green areas. The house is bright and inviting with large glass sections and underfloor heating that creates a pleasant atmosphere. Here, there is room for relaxation both inside and outside – enjoy a quiet moment in the living room, a cup of coffee on the balcony or one of the house's terraces. There is access to playgrounds, trampolines, campfire, chickens and rabbits and, not least, beautiful natural areas. Only 7 minutes from Roskilde and 25 minutes from Copenhagen.

The tiny house is year-round, fully equipped and designed according to our passion for recycling and world travel.

Ejendommen har god tilgang til København, da toget kører fra Veksø Station (3 km herfra) hvert 20 minut direkte til Hovedbanegården.

As something completely unique, wild mouflons walk around the area, so be careful when driving on the roads. There are about 200 of them. Bring your fishing rod and waders and catch a fish in Roskilde fjord. If you want to go to town and shop, it's 15 minutes to cozy Frederikssund.

The house is located in beautiful nature, and the many trail systems make it possible to go on some amazing walks. Here you will meet sheep, horses and cows.
