From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop). With much love we have prepared the apartment for rent and hope that our guests feel very comfortable. The apartment is very centrally located in the south of Rosenheim with a good bus connection to the train station or quickly by car to the motorway. Rosenheim has a beautiful city center and you are also immediately in the mountains and on the surrounding lakes, and can enjoy the beautiful nature.
