Mansion vacation rentals in Rosenheim

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. Exceptional house with great accommodations. Easy access from Munich by car or train. The lakeside community is beautiful and very tranquil. Will definitely use again.

The old farmhouse was really "rustic." We were welcome with two dogs. The view from the terrace and the beautiful weather was just as we wanted it to be.

We were in a very large group in the house for a winter vacation and everyone had enough space and retreat space. The location of the house is really perfect. Behind the house is the forest for walking/tobogganing and in front of the house is the place. The kitchen and bathrooms are visually outdated, but absolutely functional. The kitchen will be renovated soon. The house has a great panoramic view and is in the sun most of the day. There are SO many things for kids, it was really convenient.

We spent our annual family reunion in Wolfbachlgut, had a great time. The ancient farmhouse, which was perfectly combined with modernity, left nothing to be desired.

Everything worked out great. Beautiful cottage. Just outside Maurach. But everything was very easy to reach on foot (restaurants, cable car, ski slope, bus connection...). House was very well equipped overall. Everything was available. Cozy bedrooms and living area.

We felt very comfortable right away. The location is great, very close to the mountains and quiet. We could also use the garden directly at the house very well, with a child and a dog. We will be happy to come back. Thank You!

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

We came and stayed at Madsen’s place for a week while attending Bauma in Munich. The place was fantastic! It was very clean and had plenty of room. It is a short walk away from a grocery store and several good places to eat. The train station is about a 15 to 20 minute walk based upon pace but it is in a very quiet and safe area. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we comeback to Munich. Thank you Madsen for being such an excellent host.

Great place Beautiful countryside

Such an amazingly beautiful farmhouse in a gorgeous area of Tirol. We stayed here, teo families with small kids. Josef was super communicative and easy-going, always looking out for us. The kids had a great time simply “being kids”. Would love to come back again.
