Das Haus liegt nur 15 Gehminuten zu Fuß vom See. Im Haus ist viel Platz und es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem der obere Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esstisch ist gemütlich. Zur unteren Wohnung gehört eine Terasse, auf der bis spät nachmittags im Februar die Sonne scheint. Julia war sehr entgegenkommend. Weil es möglich war durften wir früher ein und später auschecken. Très beau chalet, des prestations de très bonne qualité, très joli, adapté à tout âges. La vue est incroyable. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille, à refaire !

Ubytování splnilo očekávání, vše probíhalo dle pokynů a v pořádku. Umístění ubytování odpovídá, řetězy jsou nutné, když sněží. K lanovce v Kaltenbachu je to 8min jízdy, ale je nutno vlastním autem, protože není v okolí skibus. Uvítali bychom doporučení na místní taxi, který vezme větší skupinu s lyžemi. K dokonalosti už chyběla snad jen sauna :)

Great location for the Messe and concert, easy train access into Munich, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants close by. Spacious house, quiet and comfortable

Wir waren 10 Junge Leute zwischen 25-30 Jahre alt. Uns hat die Unterkunft allen sehr gut gefallen. Besonders unseren Mädels hat es gut gefallen, dass in einigen Zimmer eigene Waschbecken vorhanden waren. Der Aufenthaltsraum ist jedoch das absolute Highlight. Ein wunderschöner großer Tisch an dem wir alle gemeinsam essen, sitzen und Spiele spielen konnten. Es war die perfekte Unterkunft für uns. Für Skifahrer ist der Ski-Schuh-Heizkeller perfekt! Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmsten empfehlen.

Lovely house, Great kitchen with lovely views of the garden. Kitchen is very well equipped. Lounge with log fire. Sauna on the 1st floor was fantastic after a hard skiing. Bedrooms in the lower ground weren't as nice but still ok if you are a large group and need the space. Location is good but you need a car. Overall lovely property and helpful host. Thanks

Stayed at Angelika’s beautiful home for 4 nights to ski at Garmisch-Classic, the home is in a perfect spot in between Hausberg and Kandahar Express, the house has incredible fittings all throughout, beautiful views of the mountains from both the kitchen and living room. Angelika was always incredibly responsive and helpful, even late at night! 14/10 would stay here again.

Veronika's apartment was the perfect setting for our get away with friends. We were 3 families, each with small children and we all had a wonderful stay. Very child friendly and so much to do in a short drive. We'd love to stay again!

Everything is just clean and convenient. Sigrid is super friendly and is available always for any queries. The cake was absolute nice gesture! The games room was a pleasure for a big family like ours on a rainy day. There is nothing to complain and can only recommend others. We would absolutely go there again and can give nothing short of 5 stars.

Wir hatten kurzfristig eine Unterkunft mit der ganzen Familie (6 Erwachsene, 4 Kleinkinder, 2 Hunde) gesucht und sind durch Zufall im Chalet Franzi gelandet - wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Kinder haben den Garten geliebt, der freie Eintritt im Pool war ein extra Highlight. Es war genug Platz für alle da und wir Erwachsenen konnten Abends gemütlich beinander sitzen. Die Einrichtung vom Chalet Franzi ist richtig schön und funktional (die Betten mega bequem). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, sehr nah an den Bergen und ruhig. Den Garten am Haus direkt konnten wir auch sehr gut nutzen, mit Kind und Hund. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank!

Fantastisch huis, smaakvol ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien. Hebben met hele familie geweldige week gehad. Heel fijn dat elke kamer eigen badkamer en toilet had. Hadden ongelukje met toiletbril, werd heel soepel mee omgegaan. Erg sympatiek allemaal!

We came and stayed at Madsen’s place for a week while attending Bauma in Munich. The place was fantastic! It was very clean and had plenty of room. It is a short walk away from a grocery store and several good places to eat. The train station is about a 15 to 20 minute walk based upon pace but it is in a very quiet and safe area. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we comeback to Munich. Thank you Madsen for being such an excellent host.

Alle waren total beeindruckt von der Unterkunft und wir überlegen bereits jetzt, nächstes Jahr nochmal zu kommen. Stilvolle Einrichtung, genügend Platz, toller Ausblick, schöne Zimmer und Sauna und Pool zum Abkühlen. Auch zum Kochen war alles an Ausstattung da, was man sich gewünscht hatte. Sind sehr zufrieden! *****

Super moderne und luxuriöse Wohnung, tolle Ausstattung. Wir waren dort zu 8 was völlig ok war, selbst 2 Personen mehr hätten noch Platz gehabt. Der beheizte Außenpolitik und auch die Saunen waren völlig ausreichend und super schön. Leider war zu unserer Zeit in Ehrwald viel geschlossen (Mitte April, außerhalb der Saison), man kann aber in der Gegend viel anschauen und unternehmen (z.B. Blindsee, Eibsee)

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil. Wir waren als große Familie dort und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Jeder hatte viel Platz. Bei Gelegenheit könnten Gebrauchsgegenstände wie zB Gläser nachgekauft werden. Aber ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
