Very nice new house, quiet, not overlooked, 15 minutes from Béziers. On site, all amenities. Large garden with swimming pool, terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, tables and chairs. On the ground floor, entrance, large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, toilet, master bedroom overlooking the pool with walk-in shower. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and 1 with 2 children's beds, a large bathroom with bathtub, double sink and toilet.

Logement climatisé, sans vis à vis au milieu des vignes pour un séjour en duo dans un cadre paisible et confortable. Logement privatif avec à l’étage un lit 200/200 ainsi qu’une douche à l’italienne et une baignoire balneo. Au rez de chaussée une cuisine toute équipée avec coin salon , toilette séparée et une terrasse pour vos repas à l’extérieur. Le logement ne dispose pas de wifi.
