We stayed in this beautiful stone house, typical of the Gers, and were delighted by its charm and wide open spaces. Ideal for 8 people (4 adults and 4 children), the house has 2 modern and functional bathrooms, as well as a laundry room equipped with 2 modern washer and 2 dryers, very convenient. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are spacious, and the walled garden is perfect for children. The location in Saint-Puy is ideal for exploring the area, with Condom nearby and a City Park 50 meters away for sports. The house offers two terraces: one shaded, perfect for warm days, and the other ideal for the end of the day. The pool, with its swimming lane, was one of the highlights of our stay. Vincent, our host, was very responsive and friendly. We highly recommend this house.

This was a blissful getaway for a friend and I with our three children, aged 5, 13 and 15. It is remote, so you will certainly need a car (nearest convenience store a 10 min drive) but for a holiday to switch off it is perfect. It feels like a home from home, with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Given the location, do bring insect repellent as in the evenings there are lots of mosquitos (but that's just the countryside). All the kids loved the inflatables and we enjoyed the lovely sun loungers and outside dining area. The house is well stocked with games and the tennis court was also used. Well positioned to visit all the local towns (favourites are Vic Fezensac, Condom and Auch for the best Hypermarket) I would stay here again in a heartbeat. If you are scared of wasps, they do live in the stone wall that surround the pool, so will come out on a hot day - although if you leave them alone they are just thirsty and won't sting. Hope to return again if they'd have us!

Patrice gave us a great welcome, very interesting and warm exchange. The house is beautiful and furnished with great taste and finesse. The amenities are of quality and suitable, everything has been thought of so you won't be lacking in anything. A favorite for the view from the living room.... If the opportunity arises, we'll be sure to come back! We would highly recommend.

Very pleasant stay at Sophie's despite bad weather. The place is very beautiful and well maintained, a real Noah's arch. Our only comment would be to specify that the room in which the second kitchen is located is attached to the guest house but does not have direct access to the guest house, so you have to leave the house to get to this room. Its proximity to the pool is still a charming room! For the rest, the accommodation is tastefully decorated and is very well equipped. Sophie was very friendly and gave good advice. We had the chance to taste its lemon drizzle, a lemon cake with the typical British recipe, like Sophie. One of the best we've tasted so far! We will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

Beautiful house in an idyllic rural setting surrounded by lovely views, fields and wildlife. The pool area is fantastic and we spent many happy afternoons with our children playing there. The property is very pretty, internally is simply furnished. The kitchen is small for a party of 6 guests and we felt the bathrooms are slightly dated, however we still had a fantastic week. Michael and Irene were very welcoming and accommodating.

Very kind welcome in a beautifully renovated barn. A great place to stay in a peaceful and lovely village. Homy feeling, well furnished and easy parking right in front. We’ll be back !
