Vacation rentals with breakfast in Roquefort-les-Pins

Our stay in Antibes was absolutely perfect, thanks in large part to Bertrand and his accommodation. Everything was there: • Easy and fast communication with Bertrand. • The house matched the description and photos perfectly. • Great location to explore the French Riviera without traffic jams. • Quiet and secure neighborhood • Air conditioning was a real plus for our comfort. • Beautiful garden, very nice to relax. • Perfect pool, never overcrowded, which allowed us to fully enjoy it. • Very comfortable bedding, ensuring good nights of sleep. I recommend Bertrand's rental without hesitating. It's a safe bet to take full advantage of this beautiful area.

A perfect setting in the hills, the apartment is at the top, functional and very nice. The sauna and spa tub a delight to relax!! A hearty, and local breakfast, don't hesitate to come try!!

Thank you to Christiane and René for their very warm welcome and availability. I had a great stay in the well appointed studio, unfortunately the weather was not there to enjoy the pool. Very well located accommodation, close to the center of Saint Vallier de Thiey, quiet. I'll be back sometime!

We truly loved every minute of our stay. Mougins is one of the special places on Earth. The apartment is perfectly situated at the edge of the carless old town allowing you to drop luggage steps from the front door. Parking was easy and nearby and free. Only once did we have to park at the main lot (a small distance away). There is a lovely courtyard where we ate breakfast (that we bought) every morning preferring this to the cafes. And the kitchen is fully stocked. Even eggs and butter and yogurt. The beds are super comfortable. And there are two large bathrooms. Laetitia and Orly are amazing helping with reservations and even handling an emergency mailing for us. They are the Best Airbnb Hosts. Hot tips: Our fave restaurant remains the Michelin starred L'Amandier. Don't miss it. Also, if you want your own breakfast food or groceries, be sure to buy in Lower Mougins because the old village has no groceries. One night we bought rotisserie chicken at Poulet Mouginoisse.

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

Gisèle is very welcoming and available , she advised us on sightseeing and restaurants ...😊 We only stayed one night but the experience was good!The laundry smelled good…and the beds are comfortable! Several nice terraces! To know that a studio for rent is also glued to the accommodation but does not cause any inconvenience ...

Our stay at the new Villa Topolino was excellent: the villa itself is very nice and welcoming, recently refurbished and pleasant to live in, even with two families at the same time. Rebecca has offered extra support during a storm that stopped electricity in the neighborhood. The shared spaces including the patio, an amazing garden, plus the external jacuzzi and external kitchen are beautiful to enjoy from morning to night. The location is very convenient and silent all day and night, close to Garoupe beach, and to the sentier du Littoral. Antibes is 20 min walk. Rebecca has been a wonderful host, very proactive, welcoming, patient, she made everyone feel at home.

Julie's place is amazing value for money. It's located perfectly within the old town and the windows are completely soundproof so you're not disturbed at night. It has everything a couple needs for a few nights and Julie was very kind, responsive and helpful. We would love to stay again!

The apartment is really exactly as described. It is sparkling clean and one of the best equipped apartments I have spent my vacation in. Although the flight was 4 hours late, I was very warmly welcomed at midnight. Bread rolls, butter, coffee, jam for the next morning, and even a bottle of wine awaited me. Nathalie kept a parking space free and gave me useful tips for the area. I also enjoyed the balcony and the quiet location. You can walk to the bus stop in 3 minutes and from the train station you can quickly get to all places on the Cote d'Azur. For 1-2 people, I would definitely recommend the apartment. You will quickly feel at home.

Great stay at Luisa’s apartment in Nice! Traveled with my wife, 10-mo old daughter, and mother-in-law. Large apartment that had everything we needed. AC was able to get very cool which is somewhat rare in France from other Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Great location—within 10-15 min walk of everything in Nice you’d want to go to, but secluded enough to be quiet (exactly what we were looking for with the baby). Luisa was great throughout the whole process offering recommendations and help with anything needed. Would definitely stay again next time in Nice!

Beautiful apartment, amazing location, perfect for 4 people! It’s located inside the hotel but the apartment unit is spacious with both a general dining sitting area and a separate couch /tv room that can also be a bedroom. On the Jean Medicin as soon as you step outside which made it convenient to walk to other places!

I had a pleasant stay at Gael’s studio apartment. The apartment was clean, with all necessary amenities ( air conditioning, hair dryer, washing machine etc) and charming balcony with mountains view ! Place is close to shops, restaurants, pharmacy and short walk to the tram stop which takes you to the centre in 15 min. Gaël was very nice and responsive, I wanted stay few more days and he was flexible with the booking.

Well located in the center of "Old Town" Nice with lots to see and do all in walking distance of the Promenade. Martine the host was also very helpfull and vriendly. The accomodation is neat and clean with all that u need.

Valentin and Léa were extremely helpful from the time of booking and always answered all the questions I asked quickly and with all the necessary clarifications. On the day of arrival, the intercom at the building's entrance was malfunctioning and they made a point of bringing a magnetic control from the building's entrance door to leave with me so that I wouldn't have any problems. I traveled to participate in the Marché du Film that takes place at the Cannes Film Festival. So it was strategic to stay close to the Palace of Festivals. The apartment is in La Cannet, a city near Cannes, but it's all very close. The studio/apartment is less than 3 km from the Palácio dos Festivais. There is a bus that Léa suggested to me to take both to and from the Marché du Film (Line 1), which was super practical and Cannes Film Festival participants who have the official credential do not pay for the internal bus ticket, it is a courtesy. The trip from home to the Bus Festival took less than 10 minutes.

I had an exceptional stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority — the space was spotless and felt incredibly fresh. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately, and he went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He is proactive communication before and during the stay made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-maintained space hosted by someone who genuinely cares about your comfort.

Bibi's place was a small slice of heaven. She was such a gracious host and provided the most delicious breakfasts every morning. She was also so kind to drive us to and from the train station. We felt right at home and were sad to leave! We recommend her place x10000!

This was a great place to stay, easy train ride to all of the popular areas, hosts were very kind.

Danielle was very nice and we had a wonderful stay by her in Nizza. strongly recommended.

Everything was perfect, the setting is beautiful and very refreshing, the hosts are attentive, very friendly and make themselves available as much as possible. The accommodation itself is very pleasant, well-equipped and in a good location. There is parking just next door but if we are on foot (like us), we are close enough to transportation but far enough away to be away and quiet for the duration of the stay. We also have great walks to do in the surroundings... In short, as we said when we left, if we could have put more than 5/5 we would have done it!! We hope to come back occasionally and maybe enjoy the river a little closer. Not brave enough to swim in winter!!

This was our third stay at Philippe and Mireille's and we recommend Patio 53 100%. The garden, pool and the whole place are really beautiful. In addition Philippe and Mireille have very useful recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in the area. You can be sure to have a lovely stay in a soothing setting.

had an amazing time. loved the location and the house. it was quiet and very peaceful. very tastefully done with attention to detail. one of the best bnb’s that i have ever stayed in. all because of Pascale. she is very friendly and helpful. would love to come back and stay with my family and enjoy the lovely property. at the cost of repeating myself: It is beyond doubt one of the best bnb’s i have ever stayed in. wishing Pascale the very best and hope to see her soon.
