Très bon séjour à Ste Agnès, logement propre et chaleureux. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Blandine. Une place sécurisée pour la voiture non négligeable par rapport à l'emplacement. La vue est magnifique et tout reste très accessible, le village de Ste Agnès, Menton la ville/la plage, Monaco, l'Italie ...

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend chez Cindy ! Avec mon amie, nous avons pleinement profité du calme et de l'extérieur du logement ! L'appartement est nickel et très bien équipé ! Nous avons eu droit à un comité d'accueil très câlins avec les animaux notamment Twix et Punchy🐶. Un lieu idéal pour déconnecter, nous reviendrons à coup sûr ! Merci encore pour votre accueil ! Un lieu assez exceptionnel pour la côte d'azur : calme, accueillant avec un environnement sans vis-à-vis, très vert et plein ciel. Cela permet de se mettre à distance de la frénésie de la côte d'azur en ces périodes estivales. La communication avec Joyce est facile et en confiance ce qui est facilitant pour se sentir bien. Et plein de petites attentions nous ont fait nous sentir comme chez des amis. De même la maison est très joliment décorée avec goût et simplicité (différente des photos et encore plus jolie) et elle est très bien équipée. Et, en tant qu'habitués de la Colle sur Loup depuis plus de 30 ans, nous recommandons assurément Maison Joa Terra !

Absolutely LOVED Isabelle’s home in Cagnes Sur Mer. Right by the promenade and close to the train station which made it easy to get to Nice, Cannes, Monaco and Antibes!! Cannot recommend it enough and will definitely come back to stay here. Thanks so much Isabelle!!!😊

Such an amazing place. This was our second stay here and we will definitely be back in the future. Such a gorgeous pool to swim in and our little girl loved the jacuzzi and exploring the grounds. Lovely to be able to cook outside and relax in the outdoor living area in the evenings. Lots of lovely local villages to explore too. Vannina is a great host and very responsive to messages.

Quelques jours de repos au calme à proximité de Nice et autres lieux à visiter. Tout le confort dans le logement. Avec une météo fraîche et pluvieuse, nous aurions juste apprécié une température un peu plus élevée de l'eau de la piscine.

Logement très agréable, idéal pour se détendre au milieux des montagnes et faire des activités comme de la randonnée. Tout est bien en règle et organisé, lit confortable, cuisine avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires, Clim, draps propres, etc. Isabelle l’hôte est très sympathique, répond rapidement et peut proposer diverses options de randonnées. Pour les amateurs de chien, Obi (je ne saurais dire quelle race), est un jeune plein d’énergie et très aimable. Bref, je recommande fortement !

I had a wonderful stay at this charming apartment in Saint-Paul-de-Vence. The location is perfect, right by the fountain and it offers an authentic experience of the village. The studio is well-equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The host was welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to immerse themselves in the tranquility of Saint-Paul-de-Vence.

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

De ligging is ideaal ten opzichte van diverse grote steden (Nice, Cannes, Monaco) en de bergen. Verder geeft Patrick de nodige tips en handige beschrijvingen voor activiteiten in de buurt. Daarnaast is het zwembad erg schoon om een verfrissende duik te nemen! Verder is het appartement behoorlijk opgeknapt met een nieuwe keuken en gezellige woonkamer. Kortom, een fijne plek om vakantie te vieren!

Apres un acceuil chaleureux,nous avons pris possession du gite simplement décoré . Le seul bemol c'est le manque de stationnement.

I was very happy to have chosen Laurent's place. Not only was he super friendly and responsive, the place was perfect (and is perfect for long-terms stays, I stayed for a month), bakeries, restaurants, and grocery store are within 5-10 minutes walking distance, so are bus stops, train station, and of course the beach. The huge park right opposite of the building with lots of birds (parrots among them!) is a beautiful, quiet spot for walking (with or without dogs), jogging or just hanging out. AND it's an ideal base for going up and down the coast (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco) or to the backcountry (Tourette-sur-Loupe, Vance, Grasse etc). All in all (you guessed it) - highly recommended!

Très bon séjour chez Laurence. Logement très agréable pour 3, lit confortable, grande salle de bain, cuisine fonctionnelle et superbe terrasse ! Proche de Menton a pied par le sentier, ça grimpe au retour... Très bonne adresse, à recommander

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

We stayed over a rainy 11 days in April. Advantages of accommodation: - Highlight has to be the pool. Gloriously warm. More like a swim spa big enough for kids to play in. Views from deck are great too. Very green - Open plan downstairs is great for holidays. - Airport very close, 15 mins max - It's about a 20 min walk down hill to Cagnes; great town with numerous restaurants, supermarkets and chocolate shops. Not touristy too. - Plenty e-bike hire across area. Off road cycle tracks, particularly on promenade, are amazing - Cagnes well served with train station headed east to nice (onto monaco) and west to Antibes, Cannes (onto marsaille) - Two large shopping malls close. Other villages, such as Vance to the north worth a visit. Canyon Adventure (like a better go ape) worth a visit. Also Village of Fools if you have kids. all really easy drive. Disadvantages (very few!) - As one other review stated, few mugs, so I bought one! - Bedroom design a bit awkward with sloping ceilings

We booked late, but feel very lucky, the reviews and comments about the villa and the lovely Agnes (who was looking after us during our holiday) are spot on. From the moment the electric gates closed behind our car, we felt we were in a little oasis. Agnes popped round to welcome us and gave us some really insightful tips about the area and was always available if we had questions. Nearby Tourrettes is truly charming. We had my 2 1/2 YO grandchild with us and she loved the pool and the open plan, air conditioned living/dining room for naps. The house is on multiple levels with each bedroom having its own character, but all are very comfortable. You get sun all day but also the area has dark skies, I haven't seen the milky way in years. The kitchen is very well equipped, you could easily host a dinner party (and use the inside and outside bars!). We'd definitely stay again.

Een heerlijk huis, perfect voor een gezin met 2 of 3 kinderen. Het is gelegen in een rustige en natuur rijke gedeelte, net buiten Valbonne. Met een lekker zwembad op 40 meter lopen. Het zwembad is gedeeld met nog een paar woningen, maar het is praktisch prive gebruik zo rustig als het is. Valbonne is een leuk dorpje. Alles is in de buurt: bakkertje, supermarche en goede restaurants. En Nice, Antibe en Manoca en het strand zijn allemaal op 20 a 30 minuten rijden. Voor de sportievelingen: Vanuit Valbonne ook mooie heuvel- en klimritten met de racefiets mogelijk via prachtige schaduwrijke routes. En in de buurt zijn ook mooie voetbalvelden waar je lekker kunt bijtrainen. Kortom, we komen hier graag, jammer dat we weer naar huis moeten!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The heated pool and the stunning views were the highlights for us. Dorina was very communicative & responded to all of our questions with helpful information.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances. L'environnement est calme avec beaucoup de verdure, la piscine est parfaite pour les adultes comme pour les enfants, et le spa est un plus vraiment appréciable! Nous avons pu visiter plusieurs lieux de la région, le domaine est très bien situé pour ça. Tout a été fait par Coralie pour que nous puissons passer un agréable séjour. Nous savons où revenir quand nous souhaiterons passer de nouvelles vacances dans la région !

Siegfried and Magali were excellent hosts. Responsive when we needed them, but left us to enjoy our holiday in peace otherwise. The house is comfortable and well equipped, and our family particularly enjoyed the pool house and barbecue area. It's an easy walk into the village for the bakery in the morning and restaurants in the evening. It was a shame about the thunderstorms, but we were cosy inside when the weather was bad.
