We loved staying here in Nice! The apartment is in a wonderful location. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and we were surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants! Hanna was an amazing host, it was easy to get in touch with her and she was responsive.

Milly was super friendly, always available, lots of helpful tips for excursions in the area, in contact nice and friendly, a perfect hostess. The apartment is very individual and nicely furnished, the kitchen is well equipped, basics in the kitchen and bathroom and there was wine and ice cream to welcome you - very attentive! The pool is great, refreshing after a day out, plenty of loungers even when the house is fully occupied.

Nice apartment, great location. Good bedding. All done on foot. At the Rondelli car park and at the climb of the Val Rahmeh garden you can find a free spot! But you still have to walk after that! Only Les Sablettes Beach, as its name suggests, has sand, but currently closed for embellishment work. A building construction is planned next to the Verlaine, check it out!

We were really fortunate to have found and then stayed in this apartment which is perfectly located for the shops, eateries, Prom des Anglais (a 5 minute walk) and the main railway station (a 20 minute walk or 2 stops on the very frequent tram Service. The apartment had everything you would need for a wonderful stay and although centrally located, was very quiet at night. Alexandra, our host, was incredibly attentive making sure our stay was perfect and was extremely quick in responding to any questions and concerns we had

Superb duplex old Antibes very central AC, terrace

We spent such an incredible month in this apartment that it was difficult to leave! We loved everything about it! Located on a quiet street off the square in Vieux Antibes, it was walking distance to the entire area! The Picasso Museum, Fort Carre, Port Vauban, Juan les Pins, the lighthouse and the beach all within walking distance. There are 2 grocery stores nearby and of course, a wonderful boulangerie/patisserie. The train station was also nearby, so we were able to visit Nice, Cannes, Menton, etc. Our downstairs neighbor was extremely kind and welcoming. There is a lovely terrace off the top of the unit where we enjoyed our lunch everyday overlooking the rooftops of Antibes! The apartment had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a stair/ladder leading to the top level where there were an additional 2 single beds...We were there in March, so although there were a lot of tourists around, it was not overwhelming. We can't wait to return!

Inna was a wonderful host! She was incredibly communicative with us and met us upon arrival to give us a tour of the space. The apartment was exactly as described in photos and was the perfect sanctuary during my work trip at Cannes. There was plenty of space (I had my family with me) for each of us and I really appreciated having working AC in all rooms. Shops and restaurants were very close by - I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing. View of one of the most beautiful bays in the world. Can walk to Old Town in 3 minutes, Bakery in 2 minutes, shops in 5 minutes. Train station 10 minutes away. The accommodation is close to the center and the Croisette (10/15 min walk). The neighborhood is very quiet and the terrace pleasant and without immediate vis-à-vis. The apartment is generally well appointed, and looks even bigger than the pictures! On the other hand, it is sometimes difficult to find space to park, but we always end up getting there. Very good contact with hosts, very warm welcome:) We recommend it!

Not even 2 minutes from the train station. Lovely view and near a lidl and some other little supermarkets which is very convenient. 10 mins max from either tram line too. Host is super quick getting back to you when you need anything which is great. Place was gorgeous! Jacuzzi was lovely. Had on his listing that is had scaffolding but there wasn’t any when we got there 10/10 loved out stay
