A beautiful, expansive place for families and group of friends with great views! The house is very clean and well maintained and has good amenities. The saltwater pool is awesome. Many thanks to the warm hosts Filippo and Andrea, who were always available and provided us with great restaurant tips and excursion destinations! Had a great stay and would be happy to come back!

Sergio was a very kind and helpful person. The apartment is small and basic but very clean and I was able to cook basic meals (there is a gas stove and a small grill type oven, which I didn't use). The kitchen equipment is basic but sufficient. The shower is excellent! the bed very comfortable. It is in a quiet and peaceful location. I had a great time and used it as a base to visit Fano, the seaside and the hills, all on my bike.

For over two weeks, we enjoyed Rosie and Salvo's beautiful house together with our two pugs. The house is spacious, private but still close to the beach and center of Fano. The house has a beautiful garden. Anything you need is present. Salvo and Rosie are quick to reach and are helpful. We will definitely be back to this beautiful house and this amazing area Kiss Benno and Jeannette 🐾🐾 Maggie and Noortje

A nice stay in the peaceful country house. The location was convenient for going to my work meetings inside Pesaro and was calm and quiet for privacy and relaxing. The grounds are nicely kept and the house is well equipped. I was there on my own but a larger group will have plenty of space. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house was very clean. The owner met me and was sure to communicate well during my stay. Iris is just the name used by the agency that lists the house. Overall I really enjoyed myself and would suggest the property if you’re looking for a stay in a bit more rural surroundings. A real highlight was the variety of nice walks leading around the area, it would be great for a cycling base also. One caution, access to the property is along either of two very small roads. You need to proceed carefully and be prepared to negotiate passing oncoming traffic for 1km from the main road up to the house; anything larger than a van not advised.
