This is the second time I've reviewed Giuliana's place. It's a real home, spacious, comfortable and even warm if you go in winter ;) You can get to the sea or shops in a few minutes, but the location is green and quiet. Giuliana is a perfect host, and we recommend her accommodation to anyone who wants to spend a period of total relaxation in Caorle with family or friends.

We had a very pleasant stay, starting with the warmest welcome I ever experienced with an Airbnb. We had enough privacy during our stay and enjoyed the beautiful outdoors with a river swimming spot just across the road. The immediate vicinity of the train wasn’t a problem. We would definitely come back!

We found the apartment clean and in a perfect location, very quiet building, safe neighborhood. Romano and his daughters are very supportive, responsive and friendly....a great appreciation, I would book the accommodation again at any time

We were warmly welcomed and well instructed. From the house you can quickly walk to the village and have everything you need. The location itself is very quiet 👍 Everything was as it was in the pictures, the only thing we would suggest is a shade spot in front of the living room with plants, as the umbrellas don't really help during the day.

Our time at Ana's was great! The house is in a fantastic location in the Slovenian vineyards. The accommodation was very clean and perfectly equipped. Ana is an incredibly nice hostess and looked after us warmly. The location of the house is ideal for day trips to Trieste, Ljubljana and Venice. Huge recommendation for families or small groups! Looking forward to our next time there. Our time at Ana's was amazing! The house is situated in a fantastic camp in the Slovenian vineyards. The place was very clean and optimally equipped. Ana is an incredibly nice hostess and took care of us warmly. The location of the house is great for day trips to Trieste, Ljubljana and Venice. A wonderful place in a very nice setting. the house is huge and offers lots of nicely decorated rooms. Most of it is renovated and you can see the love and passion that is in this beautiful house. The garden is also huge and there are many beautiful corners to linger or play for the children. All in all, a great location and highly recommended. Unfortunately, not everything in the house has been renovated yet. The kitchen, for example, is still in a very crowded, somewhat chaotic space. But you have everything you need to cook. If everything is finished soon, it will be even more beautiful and wonderful:)

There were 6 of us in the accommodation and it was a really nice time. The accommodation has everything you need and the garden was a dream. We played a lot in the garden and grilled in the outdoor kitchen. We felt very welcome and did many nice things in the area. Thanks for the wonderful time.

Vila San Silvestro is absolutely amazing! We had a great time and we’ll definitely come back soon! The pool faces the beautiful, vast view of Istrian countryside. It so peaceful. You can sit in the pool and admire the view for hours. House was clean and spacious. This place is a hidden gem!

We had a wonderful time, the house was good to find there was a welcome dinner, the house and the grounds are totally beautiful. As a highlight, the extensively equipped outdoor kitchen in gastronomy is standard, the huge pool and the beautiful basement sauna with shower and relaxation room. We can also recommend the house wine and took a few bottles for home. Will definitely be back 5*
