Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rome

Our group stayed at Sharon's place and rode dirt bikes at Highland Offroad Park, 30 minutes away. What beautiful property, very quiet and peaceful. Close to shopping and dining. The inside was clean and had 5 wonderful beds and lots of room to hang out and talk about the days ride.

We had a wonderful stay! Exactly as described, very clean and a perfect place to stay if you are traveling with your dog 🐶 with fully fenced backyard. Highly recommend!

If we could give 12/10 stars we would. Excellent communication, squeaky clean house, great linens and towels (cotton not cheap polyester). One of the better AB&B I've experienced Looking for homes in the mariettta area we will be staying there again.

Alicia went over and beyond. This is the third time my family has spent approximately a week at this location. Without me telling them, they saw the ages of my children, and made sure there were pack and plays set up for the baby in two separate rooms. The house has a great location, and is cozy, you will feel right at home. My children love the spot and see it as a home away from home at this point. I have used AirBNBs for years, but will continue to use Alicia's spot. If you have children I highly encourage this location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Janet’s lovely city cottage that offered southern charm complemented by high tech convenience. The well appointed rooms were welcoming and comfortable. We appreciated the updated kitchen and spotless bathrooms with fluffy towels. There was a large television in the living room and additional tvs in the bedrooms. We liked the covered outdoor space with nice evening lighting and a little fountain out back. I especially enjoyed the sun room which was a wonderful quiet place to do some work and enjoy morning coffee. Janet was a wonderful, proactive host ensuring our stay was perfect.

We had a a great stay at Kara’s place. We loved having a dining table and living room seating that comfortably accommodated our family. The kitchen was very well stocked which was helpful when preparing meals. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting by the fire pit; the stars were amazing!

Words cannot describe how amazing Gregory’s home was. The pictures did it no justice even better in person. It felt like a luxurious hotel suite. Had all your necessities from the bedrooms to the kitchen. Even an bbq grill…. Will definitely use that next time it was unfortunately raining during this stay… I will most definitely be back again. More than just 1 night next time. 1000% would recommend!

My wife and I had a great experience staying at Rene’s Airbnb. The place was pristine, intentionally set up, and made for a truly comfortable and relaxing stay. We really enjoyed our time in Acworth and exploring the surrounding areas. Highly recommend!

Cassandra’s place was fantastic! It’s so cozy, so comfortable, and SO cute!! It was absolutely perfect for the two of us for a Braves game day weekend! We were close to Truist park but still in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The coffee shops and restaurants in the area were all great and were within walkable distance. Our only issue was finding the house the very first time because it is easy to miss on a busy street, but once you get the hang of the one way streets you’re fine! We’ll definitely be staying here again and we’ve already recommended it to others!

Great location! Awesome communication! Highly recommend! We stay for the baseball game and such an easy walk and so much to do around that we just walked to.

Charlie’s place was spacious yet cozy and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of four. I appreciated the thoughtful provision of blankets and towels, as well as the furniture provided in the bedrooms. Charlie was responsive and friendly - a great host. The area is walkable and it is convenient to lots of food and grocery options. We look forward to staying here again when we are in the area. Thanks, Charlie!

This place was amazing if you are looking to get away from the big city vibes for a bit. We truly enjoyed the all the scenery and animals everywhere. The lake was far from the place, but beautiful to go look at. the best part is the golf course! we loved and would stay again if we were in the area. Thanks!

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. She worked remotely from the unit while I was at my company's nearby facility. It was a comfortable place for her to work. WiFi performance was flawless. The kitchen is modern and was well-equipped for our purpose. Bedroom was comfortable. The location is quiet. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful one-month stay here. The house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, which made our stay very convenient. The location is quiet and has a high level of safety, allowing us to feel at ease throughout our stay. The host Diane and Jarrett were very friendly and responded to messages promptly. This place is really great! It’s in a quiet and cozy location with some great food nearby too. There’s a ton that the hosts have done to make this stay instantly comfortable like including all the tools you need to use the roomy kitchen to make meals. The in-unit laundry and screened in porch make it feel like home. You can’t go wrong with this location if you’re visiting Calhoun.
