An unforgettable stay at Sam's! Upon arrival, we were greeted with great kindness and a real sense of hospitality. Sam is an exceptional host: responsive, caring and always ready to help to make the stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was impeccable – clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and perfectly as advertised (if not better!). We immediately feel at home there. The location is also ideal, whether for relaxation or exploring the surrounding area. Thanks Sam for a great experience! I would recommend it without so much as a second thought, and I will come back without hesitation if the opportunity arises.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had a lovely 5 days staying here and highly recommend it! The home is modern, comfortable and equipped with everything we could have wanted. There were games and books, and a small yard,(with balls!) for the kids to play. It is a short pleasant walk to the train and then easy access to all of Paris. It was really nice to return here after a long day of sightseeing. There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We took several walks around the neighborhood at night and felt very safe. We all enjoyed staying here. Celine is very responsive, usually answering in minutes!

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

I just spent a week in the accommodation, I was welcomed by Axelle's dad, sociable, warm smile and very clear on the instructions, the small house was clean and well equipped, the inner courtyard is a + as well as the location to park your vehicle. I would highly recommend this property. I don't understand the two negative reviews out of 57 at all, I think these people are really in a bad mood. Many thanks Axelle for this exceptional property at a reasonable price.

What a place. A temple of mid century modern serenity. Loved the books, furniture, tropical plants, turntable..... The kitchen is spotless stainless steel surfaces: equipped with everything you would ever need. The bedroom is bathed in a to-die-for Parisian glow. And The garden: soulful. Dont miss the bi-weekly market around the corner.

The house is absolutely amazing. The location is very nice, close to the transportation, to the grocery stores and to the park. Kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of stuff, so we felt us very comfortable with the babies. There are plenty of games and toys for the kids. The beds were also very comfortable, so we had a great night rest after the long walks in Paris. I liked very charming backyard and quietness of the house. I am very grateful to Taous as he helped us a lot with our luggage on the last day. It was a great pleasure to communicate with him. I highly recommend his house!

A wonderful, welcoming and fascinating house where we felt immediately at home. It easily accommodated six of us, with generous living spaces (including a grand piano which was very much enjoyed) and a delightful garden. Full of pictures and books, it is a very relaxed and relaxing place to stay: if Paris wasn't on the doorstep, we could easily have not left the house. The local area is terrific, with an amazing market (we were lucky enough to be there at the start of the asparagus season!), restaurants and bars, away from the tourist areas but with easy access to the city centre: we walked just about everywhere. It's rare to find a house like this in a city like Paris, and we had a very special family weekend in this gorgeous family home.

Air b&b favorite ❤️ So much to say: Second stay, and as soon as we arrive the location gives us the first notes of this relaxing stay. First of all a bright driveway leading to the entrance door of the b&b air. Always on the same continuity a beautiful exterior including dining table and two sunbeds on a beautiful lawn to spend a moment of relaxation and calm☺️. Then arrived the entrance to the first room which offers a large space with a round table as before, with added to that an equipped kitchen. As for the bathroom, what comfort❤️, walk-in shower, hot water all in extreme cleanliness❤️. And of course the nails of the show, a bedroom with a window with the most comfortable bedding we have had to date❤️. Air b&b beyond our expectations, not to mention the host who is incredibly kind. Thank you for this magical second quiet stay, a bubble apart❤️❤️❤️❤️.

This is a lovely apartment in the Marais, within easy reach of just about anything we wanted to see, and anywhere we wanted to eat. It was attractively decorated, with high ceilings, and got plenty of light. It was a pleasure to come home to and surprisingly quiet for a city apartment. My favorite places were the windowed corner nook in the living room and the patio, which has a table and chairs set among plants and vines, and had views of the sky and surrounding apartments. The kitchen was well equipped, and we could have prepared a nice if meal if w wanted to. Iris was a great host, generous with her local knowledge and responsive when we had questions. The apartment is in a co-op, and we didn't detect any resentment from the neighbors although we're obviously not owners. Highly recommended!

Quiet apartment in a quiet (but convenient) part of town, a block away from Buttes Chaumont Park, which is a really lovely and peaceful place.

We had a wonderful stay at Laura's beautiful studio apartment. It has everything you need for a great stay and Laura was really helpful and kind. The apartment is very quiet and the balcony looks out over a lovely garden below. The apartment is situated in the residential area of Canal Saint-Martin with lots of nice cafes and casual restaurants where you can sit outside and have a coffee or glass of wine. It is close to a number of metro stations, as well as places to rent bikes, so it is very easy to travel around Paris. We look forward to coming back as soon as we can. Merci beaucoup, Laura! :)

This was the third time over nine years that we have had the great good fortune to stay in Claire's sublime apartment on rue de Lévis. The first time was with our then 11-year-old son; and the next times were just the two of us. Claire is extremely helpful , welcoming, and kind, and her apartment is beautiful, clean, and situated on what might just be the best street in Paris -- which is saying a lot! Her very large and wide 5th floor terrace, with a long outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a wide awning, overlooks a street where cars mostly do not go; so people casually stroll along the dozens of delicious food stores and restaurants and cafés, as well as other clothing and specialty stores, making the whole experience seem from another, happier, world. There is a calm and a joy, both inside and outside, from the moment one shows up. We are sad to leave, but cannot wait for our next visit!

What a lovely place to stay for 8 days in Paris! Charlotte’s apartment was perfect and I loved the neighborhood, which is full of great food. I look forward to staying again next time I’m in Paris!

This AirBnB was phenomenal. Julia was a very responsive and helpful host. As four college girls we felt very safe around the area at night and in the AirBnB. The space was clean and very homey. I would recommend to anyone!

Sophie was an excellent host, leaving me very much at ease and communicating more clearly as possible, as I do not speak French or English so she put a lot of effort, showed the amenities of the house, beautiful and left regrets, such as water , snacks , it was amazing my stay 😍🙏

Accommodation as described and clean. Host very responsive to messages. We stayed there 2 nights to spend 2 days at Disney.

From the outside it is hard to imagine such a lovely garden, quiet surroundings and art filled space. There is easy shopping and restaurants nearby and it seems quite safe on the nearby streets. Alain and Eric are friendly, very communicative, and accommodating. There is some complexity in the entryways but all is well explained. Very comfortable for our family visit to Paris.

My stay at Mélanie's went very well. The place was clean and nice. The host was responsive and thoughtful, and the bed was particularly comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! 👍

My stay was just great. Sabrina and her daughter are at their best. Whether in terms of responsiveness, in terms of adaptability, in terms of communication I have nothing to repeat. It's rare to come across hosts like that. The apartment was clean, spacious, perfectly equipped, true to photos and up to all our expectations. I recommend 200%, it was a great stay and I will come back voluntarily whenever an opportunity arises 👌🏼

This romantic top-floor hideaway is beautifully decorated and cleverly designed to make the most of the available space. Private balcony is a brilliant feature and the whole place is both quirky and very comfortsble. Lots of thoughtful touches. Definitely worth the effort of climbing the stairs!
