Sylvie’s place was great, we really enjoyed the Serene color palette, the balcony, cool design and comfy beds. Sylvie also provided fans since there was a heatwave in Paris while we were there. It was a great place to stay for my husband, 5 year old daughter, and myself. Thanks Sylvie!

Spotless, charming appartment in Belleville. Host is very responsive and nice. Neighbourhood is lively and interesting. *Just be mindful that Belleville metro station is a prostitution hot spot at night. Did not feel unsafe but it is pretty obvious and shocking.

Great stay in Roussy. Was great to have an extra washroom and the sofa bed was the most comfortable of all 5 places we stayed in Europe. Also appreciated the bottled water and treats upon arrival. Was so welcome after a long day travelling. Nice little village with lots of restaurants. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a great stay at Jean-luc’s place💖 The host’s instructions where very clear that it made easy for us to locate the apartment in no time. The host was very welcoming and he even manage to meet and greet us upon arrival to the area. The house where we stayed was very vibrant, beautiful and very efficient for all of us stating the fact that the area is just nearby the RER stations and mall for disneyland and main paris travels. Also, the apartment which was nearby the mall made it easy for us to buy our necessities which was very helpful. The only concern, was a bit of the smell inside the elevator but overall, we enjoyed our stay. We would certainly if given the chance to come back, we’ll definitely book another stay with Jean Luc’s apartment. We would definitely recommend booking with them for your future travels and stays in Paris🩷

We had a great time at Heidi's place. We were there for a trade show and the apartment is conveniently located in relation to the exhibition center. The apartment is small but clean, very well-equipped and functional. Parking spaces are an undeniable plus! Access to the apartment and garage is very easy. There was a problem with the heating during our stay but Heidi gave us all the necessary information and solutions. Thank you for hosting us. We recommend this listing +++

Those who want to get to the Porte de Versailles Expo site are absolutely in the right place here. The place is easy to reach, quiet and clean. The communication with the host works impeccably. Everything went perfectly.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable space and would book again as the location was peaceful, safe, and very close to the metro--also a walkable neighborhood in case you want stuff to do around the apartment. We appreciated the entertainment items available to us.

I've only been using hotels in the Bilancourt area, but this time I used Gary's house for the first time. The indoor atmosphere was very clean, and it a house that was spacious enough for 2 people to use. Gary was kind enough to welcome us late at night. I would like to use it again next time. Outstanding Airbnb. Such a great neighborhood. Devika who hosted is fantastic and responsive. Met us there. Texts back right away. Solves problems. Very charming home. It’s small ish so be prepared. There’s just one toilet which is a fact we missed. Tight quarters all around. But as long as you go in knowing that it’s fantastic. We were there as a couple with our son and nanny so a bit tight. Maybe easier for 2 adults than 3 - maybe a couple and a kid or one couple or two adults in separate beds. Kitchen is very well appointed. It’s super clean. It feels like borrowing a home from close friends but with actual closet space. Highly recommend!!

This is a very cozy apartment in a historic building at the top of a narrow 6-story staircase. It has two comfy bedrooms and a living space with a good kitchen. The location is spectacular, including short walks to great bistros, restaurants, shopping, and tourist sites. We took a stroll from the apartment down to the Seine and the Luxembourg Gardens with our 3-year-old and it was wonderful. Please be aware that this stay is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues--it requires carrying any luggage up several flights of stairs to the place and the bedrooms are in a loft at the top of a narrow, steep ladder/staircase within the apartment.

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

Roland is great host and a real gentleman. Gracious and generous, informative and responsive. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, reflecting Roland and Sylvie’s superb taste and attention. This is their home and therefore you will be in a true Parisian atmosphere. The building is in an apartment complex, but there are real advantages in terms of quiet and security…And the apartment!! First class. Other amenities…It’s a five minute walk to the #12 Metro line, which is a direct shot to many of the most notable museums and sites, and the similarly close #80 bus goes by the Champs Elysses and near the Eiffel Tower. There are wonderful restaurants within minutes on Rue Caulaincourt, as well as a Carefours grocery and amazing Boulangerie right out the back. This Montemartre neighborhood is real. This is a special place, not a hotel-like ABnB. It’s personal, beautiful and invites thoughtful occupation. If we return to Paris we wouldn’t look for any other apartment.

The apt was very cozy and spacious. Walkable to cafes and restaurants nearby. There’s some good running routes along the canal close to the apt. Dimitri was very fast to respond and also very friendly and accommodating. Thank you again!

We felt very comfortable. A sunny breakfast room where you can make yourself comfortable and like to stay. And you can reach the city center in 20 minutes by metro. I'd love to come back.

This is a hidden gem. Spacious and comfortable. We felt right at home for our week stay in Paris. The property was stocked and Debby was very communicative if we had any questions about anything. The mall is walking distance from the property so food was easily accessible with plenty of options. Our group loved that the most. Highly recommend and I would stay there again should I find myself back in France.
