The wellness facilities were excellent, and everything was impeccably clean. The small kitchen, complete with an oven, was perfect for preparing a light meal or snack. The garden is absolutely beautiful — a peaceful space where you can truly relax outdoors. Having a private parking spot was a big bonus for us as well. One of the highlights was the spectacular home cinema. We really enjoyed watching a movie in that amazing setup! Our host was fantastic — very kind and accommodating. Since there was no booking after us, they even offered us a later checkout, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique stay just outside of Paris!

We had a lovely stay at the house with my family. The photos are true to life, the rooms are spacious and you feel good there, especially the living room which is very family-friendly. There are plenty of toys available for children. Julie was responsive by message throughout our stay and her instructions were clear. Finally, the location is great if you want to go to the Disney amusement park which is 20 minutes away. Noisy-le-grand station is nearby as well. Recommended for large families.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. This place was amazing! Best AirBnb we stayed at so far! We were a group that for 8 including a one year old. The house/garden was very beautiful, spacious and the driveway was big enough two large cars. We enjoyed stay and will book again if we are visiting the area again.

The place is exactly as described and just like it looks in the pictures. It's spacious for a married couple and a son. Everything was clean. Location is 15min to Disney and 40min to eiffel Tower. It is quiet, and safe. There is a supermarket within 10min walking and a couple of food outlets. Stéphanie was very kind in everything. Highly recommended.

Beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to Paris or spend the time in the country side. House is very old and full of character. Well stocked and host left some fruit and snacks as a welcome which was amazing. Only note is there are cameras inside the house in the common areas which should be removed per Airbnb policies.

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

The apartment is comfortable, with an inspiring outdoor space for summer... unfortunately we stayed there during the winter. And our host is very nice and courteous.

I spent a week T this apartment and it was everything I was looking for. One thing to be mindful for is that there are literally four floors and the spiral staircase provides for a great workout. Little children and older people should definitely be cautious! Otherwise it was worth every penny!

A big thank you to Olivier for his kindness and hospitality during our stay! The space was sparkling clean and very pleasant, and we really enjoyed the neighborhood, quiet and relaxing. Excellent stay at Bruno's in this atypical and a little secret place like you can find quite rarely in Paris. Very well equipped and carefully decorated artist workshop! Would definitely stay again

Air b&b favorite ❤️ So much to say: Second stay, and as soon as we arrive the location gives us the first notes of this relaxing stay. First of all a bright driveway leading to the entrance door of the b&b air. Always on the same continuity a beautiful exterior including dining table and two sunbeds on a beautiful lawn to spend a moment of relaxation and calm☺️. Then arrived the entrance to the first room which offers a large space with a round table as before, with added to that an equipped kitchen. As for the bathroom, what comfort❤️, walk-in shower, hot water all in extreme cleanliness❤️. And of course the nails of the show, a bedroom with a window with the most comfortable bedding we have had to date❤️. Air b&b beyond our expectations, not to mention the host who is incredibly kind. Thank you for this magical second quiet stay, a bubble apart❤️❤️❤️❤️.

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. It is not easy to stay at 10 in Paris and its nearby suburbs, also, even if the house is quite far from the center of Paris, with the obligation to take tiring public transport, it was a beautiful address to remember that allowed us to rest in comfort. A wonderful, welcoming and fascinating house where we felt immediately at home. It easily accommodated six of us, with generous living spaces (including a grand piano which was very much enjoyed) and a delightful garden. Full of pictures and books, it is a very relaxed and relaxing place to stay: if Paris wasn't on the doorstep, we could easily have not left the house. The local area is terrific, with an amazing market (we were lucky enough to be there at the start of the asparagus season!), restaurants and bars, away from the tourist areas but with easy access to the city centre: we walked just about everywhere. It's rare to find a house like this in a city like Paris, and we had a very special family weekend in this gorgeous family home.
