We felt very comfortable in the house, we had cold days and we were fine with the heating it has. Débora was attentive to our questions, it was clean and you can see the host's dedication in the place's decoration details. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We had a very good stay.

I traveled with a group of teenagers, the house was perfectly suited to our needs. It has practically everything you need. I would improve the grill utensils a little, but nothing to worry about. An excellent home for a great stay. We'll surely be back

Thanks to Julia and especially to Zoraida who was attentive to us in the event of any inconvenience that arose, always very willing to help us and collaborate with what we needed, it is a cozy, spacious place and has what you need to have a nice time, access to transportation is simple, there are places to shop, the bus terminal, bikes, bars, among others...

Place was clean and had new working appliances, only issue was construction noise from next door in the mornings. I wake up early so it's not a big problem but could be an issue if you sleep late.

I had a great stay at this apartment! It's modern, well-equipped, and has everything you need. The location is excellent: in a calm and quiet area, close to the river. What was the best part, being so close to the Paraná River - close to the parks along the waterfront, where you can relax, take a stroll, or watch the river with mate. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Rosario.

Fernando was readily available to give us information, was very flexible at check-in, as our arrival and departure times were quite odd. The apartment matched the description, very good bathroom, everything was clean. We really liked it!

The apartment, located in a hallway, is very well designed inside and is comfortable and feels like home, ideal for a quiet weekend. The area can be used and enjoyed 100% of Rosario. Quality restaurants, bars for drinks and the river just steps from the apartment.

Formidable! I'll be back every time I visit Rosario. Renata's apartment is located in Puerto Norte, the best area of the city by far. A modern, practical apartment with all the amenities (including a fixed garage in the basement, which in Rosario is a plus!). Beautiful sunrises, sunsets and the river at your feet. 100000% recommended.
