Cute little place, slight problem with the showers but overall good.

I spent a week at Debora's place and felt right at home. She is very friendly and attentive to guests' needs. The area is excellent and, despite being a neighborhood of bars and a lot of nightlife, the apartment is perfectly located in the center of the block, which makes it very quiet and peaceful. It also has very nice decoration, good books to read, it is clean and everything shown in the reference photos matches reality. I definitely recommend it and would stay there again next time I'm in Rosario.

The host was very attentive to every need. The accommodation is very large and has air conditioning and TVs in all the rooms. The pool is spectacular and the area is very safe. I went with 7 friends and we felt very comfortable and with space. I'm coming back!!

Laura is a great host, very attentive and responded quickly to all inquiries. The house is as published. It has an expectacular roofed outdoor area where you can spend all day. The pool is a big plus of the house. The comfortable living room with two armchairs and the dining room with a super large table. Super comfortable kitchen with washing machine. Garage, no roof for now, where 2 cars can enter. Optimo place to get away from the stress of the city.

I stayed in the apartment for several days and it was really like being at home, everything published is true and the host Fernando is very attentive to details in relation to the operation and furniture of the space, a very comfortable, quiet space and with a very good location. The apartment, located in a hallway, is very well designed inside and is comfortable and feels like home, ideal for a quiet weekend. The area can be used and enjoyed 100% of Rosario. Quality restaurants, bars for drinks and the river just steps from the apartment.

The dpto is beautiful and the area is very nice.With restaurants and warehouses nearby.The host was flexible with checkin and that for us was fundamental. I definitely recommend the accommodation and when I come back to rosario I will come back to this place

We had an amazing 6 days in the apartment. The location is perfect, in a quiet area but close to everything. Very comfortable and well equipped. We would come back without hesitation!
