We loved everything about this property- from the comfortable, homey setting to the beautiful landscaping and outdoor spaces. Directions and communication were clear and guest friendly. On behalf of the 5 of us, on our girls' getaway, we thank you all wholeheartedly and are already planning on returning next April! Thank you for sharing this truly special home with us. It was a perfect 5 star get-away from beginning to end!

Great central spot in Concord. Georgie is a fantastic host and the house is extremely well supplied. Our stay was wonderful.

The Hidden Gem is what it truly is…..a hidden gem! So beautifully decorated and furnished and so private. You are surrounded by lush greenery and complete quiet except for the birds and the rooster. What you saw on line in pictures is exactly what you got. We all enjoyed every minute. Thank you again for helping to make our niece’s graduation event so memorable. Nancy was great in her responsiveness. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous trip! We were greeted warmly by Jana and settled easily into the spaces of this large character home on a quiet cul de sac. It worked perfectly for our group of four. We loved the peaceful feeling of being on the water and the nearby pathways along the bay; it's lovely to sit outside to read and sip something. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it is very well-equipped. We got in some great hikes and meals at Mt. Tam, San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax and Pt. Reyes as well as a SFMOMA day in the city. A wonderful location! Don't hesitate.

The airbnb was really great and we enjoyed our stay. It is spacious, in a lovely neighbourhood that is very walkable, and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Only wish we had stayed there longer than the 1 night!

We celebrated our honeymoon in Sonoma and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel special—fresh flowers, local wine, and cozy spots to relax after wine tasting all day. The setting was peaceful and private, yet close to everything we wanted to explore. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made our stay completely stress-free. This place truly made our honeymoon unforgettable—we can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I were meeting long time friends and their adult daughter, everyone was delighted with this house. Not only is it in a great setting but everything is just right. From communication with Bill to his helpful guidebook to the very nice pots and pans we used to cook each day. The house is beautiful and is spotless throughout. The windows and doors are new and keep the space peaceful. There are (to my count) 10 separate seating areas outside, we used 9! Bocce ball was fun and we had dinner outside. The spa was the right temperature and simple to use. The furniture and linens were great. And the views perfectly framed…. Beautiful landscaping with water features and abundant olive trees and large mature trees. Gorgeous The only downside was that we had to leave. It wasn’t inexpensive but we certainly were happy with the experience for what we paid, I’d be more than happy to visit again.

This place was very close to 6 Flags so it was an easy quick drive to the park. The place is nicely decorated and I was happy to find a pack n play for the baby to sleep in the master bedroom. The rooms all had a large TV and the kitchen had most of the amenities we needed. The bathrooms were well stocked. The only issue we had was some ants but the host was very quick to respond to address our issue.

A great stay up in the Richmond Hills - this home had all the amenities to make it a peaceful, easy, comfortable, quiet stay. A short drive to freeway access, but far enough away to have a view and to be feel restful and noise free. I only stayed in the master and used one bathroom and the bed was very comfortable and this place has black out shades which can be difficult to find! The kitchen was well equipped and stocked, there was both and air conditioning and heat, and it was just clean and comfy. I really liked the neighborhood and will stay again when I am in the neighborhood. The laundry room was a plus - and the washer was very clean considering that front loaders can sometimes grow mold - this was spotless!

I have stayed at many Airbnb’s in the past but this is by far the best one! Beautiful home with super comfortable beds and highest quality toiletries. We appreciated the snacks and coffee as well. I would love to come back soon!

The home was perfect for my family! It was clean, cozy and the beds were comfortable. Koko is a great host. She has hosted me and my family January of this year at one of her American Canyon houses so i knew i was in good hands. She is very responsive and thoughtful, and made sure me and my family were comfortable the while time we were there.

This was a great place for us. We had an extended stay while work was being done on our home. We have a dog and there is a large, fenced in backyard that opens onto a trail along the bay. The house has a view of the bay, sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The pictures are accurate, the home is clean, and Joe is very easy to deal with. Nearby Pinole has some great restaurants, especially the Pear St. Bistro.

So cozy. She's takes wonderful care of her property and was a wonderful host! Will most definitely be booking next year with her! Thank you!!

Had the most amazing stay at Dahlia's place! The house looked just like the pictures, there was so much space for our group with multiple living rooms, a spacious kitchen, and indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Everything was spotless as well. And there was so much space for our group to stretch out. Everything was well stocked and we loved some of the thoughtful touches (keeping toothbrushes + Advil stocked in the bathroom, and markers for wine glass marking). Dahlia and James were responsive when we had questions and an overall pleasure to interact with. The location was great as well! The neighborhood was nice and quiet & convenient located about 20-30 minutes from the wineries we went to in Napa. Overall, can not recommend this place enough & was a great value for our Napa visit!

We stayed at Paula's house for almost 4 months. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Paula’s. Paula is super attentive. My flight arrived late, and she carefully and thoughtfully asked me what I wanted her to buy at the grocery store so that when I arrived at the house the supplies would be ready. The house is wonderful, clean, with lots of light, very spacious and comfortable, particularly the bed on which I slept soundly every night, the closet was ample sized, spacious fully equipped kitchen, large bathrooms, spacious and comfortable living rooms, it has a deck on the front and there is a sunny back deck too. The house is very well furnished. You won't miss anything. A peaceful and spectacular place to relax. It has excellent energy. Paula is friendly and provides great hospitality. Always kind, easy to communicate and helpful. Staying there was like being in a home away from home. I would return a thousand times with a light heart full of gratitude.

Our stay at Lori‘s in Crockett was beautiful. All of the furnishings were first class. The place was immaculate and had just a little something for everyone!! Beautiful views and Lori purchased infant bedding for our stay, above and beyond host!

We have stayed at Tipada's home several times, and it's always great! The home is lovely, and Tipada is always available if we have questions or problems. She is also a great resource for recommendation if you are looking for something to do, or someplace to eat! Since our last visit she removed one of the trees in her back yard, so now the space is even lovelier and more usable! And don't worry, there are still beautiful trees in the yard! This trip was for our daughter's graduation from Cal, so I don't know when we'll be back up there again, but we will definitely stay at Tipada's when the opportunity arises. :)

Yasoda is a very friendly and responsive host. Every interaction was courteous and welcoming. We were a group of four friends on an annual vacation and the space worked great for us. Lots of room to spread out and a great central location between SFO and Napa. Thanks for a great stay!

We had the most amazing time at Matt’s place. The house itself is quite literally a grownup-size treehouse perched on a steep hill (the 100+ stairs to get to the door went through a true character arc from a nemesis to a good old friend over three days we stayed there), incredibly beautiful and worthy all the praise it receives here. The furniture and material choices, the thoughtful details, the variety of charming nooks and corners to cozy up and get comfortable in—everything is there to make you feel at home. With hiking trails quite literally steps from the backyard the house is drowning in lush, whispering greenery—hearing birds sing in the morning and hummingbirds buzzing at sunset was my favorite. Truly a rare find—this is not “an airbnb”, instead it felt like a good friend’s house that’s well loved and lived in, making it a very memorable stay. Thank you Matthew and family.

Attended a graduation at Cal Maritime but wanted to stay in Benecia with all the cute shops and restaurants. the house was perfect. as a gardner, I loved the front garden and spending time in the backyard which was quiet and has privacy from the neighbors. Even you are looking for a workout, throw on your walking shoes and walk down Safeway, or better yet, to town. The instructions Stef sent were easy to follow and even appreciated the beers in the fridge! on our next adventure down will definitely stay here.
