The apartment is bright and modern and located on the first floor of a building with only three apartments in total. It is fully furnished with new furniture and comfortable beds. The apartment includes a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom and is suitable for both short and longer stays. The building is quiet and also home to long-term residents, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate, especially during the evening and night hours. For bookings of 2 guests, one bedroom is opened by default. You will still have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden. If you would like to use both bedrooms when staying as 2 guests (e.g. father/daughter, friends, or colleagues), this can be arranged for a small additional fee.

Our rural apartment is located on the 1st floor in the most beautiful surroundings with peace and quiet. There's plenty to see here with deer in the backyard and a lovely large lake surrounded by a park-like garden. A lullaby for the soul surrounded by beautiful nature. It is only 28 minutes to the E45 and you can reach the nearest shopping facilities in Rødding and Gram in 10 minutes. There is a living room kitchen bathroom two double bedrooms. Pluds a Loft with 2 beds. Hemsen is probably suitable for young people as there is a steep staircase up there… There is a weekend bed with a duvet and pillow - high chairs - a changing pad in the bathroom. A bathtub for children. TV with internet. Outside there is a table with chairs and a grill. You can borrow a daybed if you're interested. There is a fly on all plastic windows. Take the windows is not the fly in. You put on your own linens.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. The house is within walking distance of Jels Lake, where you can swim, fish, sail, etc. 0.7 miles away is the Royal Oak Golf Club and all the city's shopping and dining options are also within walking distance. Guests will have access to the entire home private covered patio, parking, and an enclosed fenced yard. The house is in a perfect central location for excursions in southern Denmark. Dogs are also welcome.

1st floor with quiet and scenic surroundings

The apartment is about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise, it's 100% yours.

You can either stay in cozy Jels - a small town full of life, supermarkets, and activities - or take a short drive to nearby cities, where you can reach Kolding, Billund, Legoland, Lalandia, or Ribe in less than an hour.

School Stenderup - Entire home/3 bedrooms

Entire home for yourselves, which consists of 3 rooms in the old school, where you have a completely renovated bathroom and you have the large industrial kitchen with all the facilities available and a living room. Sit outside if the weather is good and enjoy breakfast overlooking the apple orchard. Take a stroll in the 360 m2 greenhouse or play badminton or table tennis (by appointment) in the old gym. You provide your own food.
