What a find this beautiful house! The house has been done, furnished and decorated with extreme eye for detail and to high standards. Very well thought out. The garden, pool and bar/bbq area is lovely, you really never have to go out, the place in itself is a retreat. I highly recommend the house for a holiday or romantic getaway. 7 stars!

the house is very nice and very spacious. the rooms are very cool and at night you slept in glory. The two rooms give a terrace. Also the rooftop gives the view to the wonderful sea. Everything very well the location of the house is great 5 minutes from the beach and the urban center 10 minutes also. It has the health center 5 minutes away. Excellent treatment from Julia was very attentive to everything. I encourage you to come this luxury one.

What could be more beautiful than silence and sunshine? My daughter replied the moon and the stars... That's it, a return to the source, to simplicity, to the earth, its fruits, its flowers. The house is decorated keeping the soul of the house, nothing is missing, all the little touches are there. This house is a haven of peace. Thanks Karin, we'll be back!

One of the best homes in Cabo de Gata! A house of 10 Super clean High-equipped

We had a great weekend. Communication with Arantza easy and with clear instructions (even with videos) The cleanliness was great, everything was perfect. The apartment is quite comfortable and has everything you need to spend a few days. The rooftop, although unfurnished is ideal to see the stars on a clear night, in fact we were until midnight enjoying them in the silence of the night, a wonder. The location is unbeatable, 3 minutes from the beach and the town square with variety for lunch and breakfast. Despite being downtown, there is a free public parking just a few meters from the apartment in which we have always found space

My husband and myself stayed at Ramon's villa for 4 weeks and we were very happy. The villa has everything we needed for an extended stay and it was very comfy in every way. A big fridge freezer was very useful, as I batch cooked some meals. Great to watch a film at night on Netflix on their smart TV, after we were exhausted from a long bicycle ride. Fab countryside for cycling and walking. We had such a good time and Carmen looked after us so well and very promptly helped us if we needed it. Carmen is a lovely friendly and polite lady and we saw her every weekend when she accompanied the pool boy, for cleaning the pool. We would recommend this villa for a holiday and we would love to return in the future.

Our stay at Gerrit's was simply perfect in every way! Gerrit welcomed us warmly and stayed in touch with us throughout the stay to make recommendations and answer our questions. The house really has everything you need for a quality stay. The location is fabulous for recharging and relaxing. Cabonneras at this time of year is a small haven of peace with the sea a few steps from the house. Thank you again so much Gerrit for EVERYTHING! The apartment is nice and has spectacular light and views. It is also perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. A 10 for cleanliness. Luis and Antonio were attentive at all times. They answered our questions and offered us all kinds of suggestions. They were really helpful. We fell in love with the area and the house. We'll be back!

Fabulous apartment, perfect for a family or two couples. All the facilities are amazing quality and you have everything that is needed.

Spectacular apartment, three bedrooms, two bathrooms living room, equipped kitchen, air-conditioned by ducts and a terrace overlooking the pool. All furnished and willing to enjoy it. Possibly in one of the best areas of Almeria very close to the cat cape and its beaches and villages. Great!!

Magnificent apartment in Carboneras. Very spacious and well-equipped with everything you might need. The terrace is wonderful, with good views of Carboneras and the sea. It's in a quiet area, but at the same time, close to downtown Carboneras, and just a three-minute walk from a Mercadona. Finally, it has a very good parking space in the same building. In short, 100% recommended.

The apartment is nice, with a large parking space and a nice terrace with a part of grass. It's great located next to all the restaurants and the black sea. We were greeted by Ana who is very attentive to friendly and made us many recommendations. She was also flexible on the checkout day. They accepted my two dogs without problems. Everything was perfect!! Just what we were looking for!! Beach views, a quiet area, pizzerias and restaurants nearby, Ismael was very friendly, we followed his recommendations and he didn't get anything wrong!!Very happy, our pets were very well received!! We'll be back!!

The place is beautiful, even better than the incredible apartment in the photo and there is no lack of detail. The beautiful urbanization with wonderful views and everything's great. The woman who received us was super kind and friendly, she showed us the entire urbanization and the apartment, giving us the indications perfectly. Thank you repeat for sure

Great stay. Renovation of the apartment has been done magnificent. Only downside (for us with kids) was that the bar below the apartment can be loudly till late hours.

Rosa was a great host and the accommodation was excellent, the view from the balcony was amazing. Mojacar itself is a fantastic town with great bars and restaurants. Garrucha which is a 30 minute walk and is a town full of great tapas bars. To sum it up Mojacar is a great place to have a holiday.

Clean and tidy apartment, very quiet urbanization.

A very nice quiet location with lots of greenery. The house is relatively new, super clean and equipped with all the comforts. Even a swimming pool within the complex. The communication with Maria went very smoothly and quickly. A very positive experience and definitely recommended.

We had a great time in a fantastic place and the house with everything you need and in unbeatable condition, highly recommended and I will definitely be back, it's great. The owners are very friendly and the service was charming.

We stayed at Sam's apartment for four weeks. The terrace is huge, with wonderful views of the sea in one direction and surrounded by hills behind the property. The apartment is very comfortably furnished, and well equipped for a longer stay such as ours. I would have no hesitation in booking this property again!
