Get away from it all with this, rustic tiny home situated on a small farm. Sit out front and enjoy the sunset while you watch the horses, donkeys, goats and cows. We do ask you only feed the animals the provided treats. There is no wifi available, you can use your hotspot on your cell for the tv. Microwave and grill with a side burner for cooking. No indoor stove or oven. Toilet and sink inside, shower is outside. Close to downtown Wilmington and the beaches! Lots of local history as well!

The Cape Fear Treehouse is the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! We used it as the bridal suite for our daughter’s wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. Peaceful, picturesque, and full of charm—the setting made everything feel extra special. The views of the river are stunning, and the dock and kayaks were such a fun bonus. The entire property feels like a hidden gem. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway or special occasion!

Hideaway Cottage

John has an amazing little gem hidden here. My family loved every minute of being here - we didn’t want to leave! We were worried about the size but once we got there seen there was plenty if not more space! Beautiful home with the cutest little farm beside it. John was very thoughtful with everything inside the home, we didn’t need anything. Such a great experience, truly hope to come back. The binder full of great information and recommendations was a great tool. We really appreciate you opening your home to us. Such a great, unforgettable experience.

Welcome to Riptide Stables!

My family and I had a wonderful 5 night stay at Riptide/Dawns place. If you like being just a little outside downtown but close enough to access quickly, as I do, the location is perfect. The apartment is comfy. We walked the trails, had a bonfire, fed the horses, and enjoyed relaxing on the deck. Dawn responded quickly when messaged, although we didn’t really need assistance as her guidebook was detailed. The caretaker on the property was friendly and helpful. It’s easy to get to restaurants, beaches, downtown, stores, and trails. Great place!

Rustic Farmhouse on 100 Acres

This was such a beautiful stay. Serene, peaceful and so wonderful to share with family. We were greeted by horses in the evening and morning. And we’re able to host my bridal shower with all my loved ones. It was magical and the sweetest setting for this time. Peter was a wonderful host and I could not recommend this stay more.

Home was easily assessible in traveling around Wrightsville area. Attractions , shopping, resturants and beaches were easy to find. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. I would recommend Kenny to anyone.
