Vacation rentals with a balcony in Rocky Mountains

I don't write reviews often, but for Line's Airbnb I feel like I had to. The place is exactly what you get from the pictures in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. Something's to note before you stay here. Places around here are walkable, but I came with friends that did not like "exercise". I'd say it's a quick 5-10 min walk to a transit that will take you to the light rail or a nice 15-20 min walk to what I think is the main strip of Seattle. If you drink water like us, make sure to buy a case. we drank the generous amount of water provided and then some. They also provided plenty of snacks and other amenities for our stay that really helped out. Best thing was how responsive Line was to any questions we had regarding the house. They even checked in on us half way through our stay via the apps messenger! TLDR: This place is a great stay and would stay here again!

The location was just feet away from the bus stop which made this such an ideal place to stay! It was a quick 8-15 minute bus ride to the lifts and was also conveniently located near the Safeway grocery store. We were able to take the epic mountain shuttle from the airport right to the front door didn’t we didn’t need a car. Their home was very cute, nice and clean, and had all the amenities and things you could possibly need.

Condo was in a great location and easy to find. Becky reached out immediately and provided clear instructions. We were able to rent for just one night which was perfect! The surroundings were absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The furnishings, towels, bedding and all were brand new! The kitchen was very well stocked and everything was clean and comfortable. We had dinner in Yountville which was just 15 minutes away. The only thing I would do differently next time is plan to stay longer! We actually left a sweater behind and Becky offered to mail it back to us. I would definitely recommend this property to others. It was an amazing girls 60th birthday getaway for 4. Thank you Becky for providing us an early check in as well… that was a nice, unexpected surprise! A++

Our stay in Paso was amazing thanks to this beautiful perfectly located condo! More spacious than we expected with a huge beautiful bathroom. So many restaurants and shops in the area and the square right outside our front door!

This was a lovely spot for our family. There is lots of space, nice bedrooms and a lovely deck out back. It was easy to communicate with the host and check in and check out were smooth. It is also in a very calm part of the city. Only mild complaint is that the bathroom don’t seem as updated as the rest of the house (those still very clean). Highly recommended!

Paige's Airbnb in Queen Anne was the ideal base for our Seattle visit before our cruise! We loved the picturesque and walkable neighborhood, especially being so close to Kerry Park for those incredible skyline views. The convenience of having multiple dining options and a coffee shop within a short stroll was a huge plus. What truly made our stay was Paige herself – she was super friendly, incredibly responsive, and her local recommendations were spot on and greatly enhanced our trip. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Seattle!

Lovely home. Beautifully decorated Spacious with great views of Puget Sound. It’s on a steep hill with sharp twists and turns to get there but they were manageable. Loved having the private garage for our car.

This place had lots of room and some great views. With 11 people in the house there seem to always be plenty of room without feeling cramped. It is an older house but didn’t feel too old. There were notes on some of the most frequently used things that gave instructions on how to operate them saving us a call to the host. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. The only thing that could have made the place a little better was if there was another shower that wasn’t connected through a bedroom. But this only came into play because we had nearly the maximum number of guests. It wouldn’t be an issue with fewer guests.

Stephen's home was absolutely beautiful and truly exceeded our expectations! The balcony space was incredible, with stunning views of the mountains & gondola, a perfect backdrop for our stay. The location was ideal for skiers, just a quick less-than-5-minute drive to Peak 7 and 8. While walking to the gondolas in ski gear would be challenging due to the uphill gravel road in winter, it'd be walkable during the summer. The entire home was cozy and impeccably clean. We felt super cozy in the beds, finally an airbnb with firm and comfortable mattresses! The longer pillows were a nice touch. The multiple living room spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the downstairs area could easily be a separate space. The hot tub was sparkling clean, a perfect end to each day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend, especially during non-peak seasons for an even more relaxing experience. P.S. Stephen was an exceptional host, graciously accommodating our early/late check-in requests.

This home is wonderful with a great location. Super convenient for our group to stay before our cruise departure the next day. Vidya was super responsive and very accommodating! would definitely stay here again!

Our family (two adults, two kids 4 and under) loved staying at Shannon’s home for a long weekend. The accommodations were great, very comfortable for our group. Very well located for hopping on public transportation and walkable to a couple of nice parks. Shannon was a great host too, proactive and made the whole stay very enjoyable. Highest recommendation!

We had a fantastic stay at Ian’s place. Location was only 10 minutes to local restaurants and wineries in the area. Very spacious and good amenities.

We love this place and book as often as our schedules allow. The view is gorgeous and the house is so beautiful and relaxing. The hot tub is a great bonus feature along with the indoor/ outdoor fireplace. The kids love walking down to the water front and 'the rest of us' enjoy the short drive down to the waterfront to shop, eat and visit the seals. The 'rest of us' also appreciate and enjoy the elevator for sure! It makes all of the unloading and loading processes especially easy. We're already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you, Mollie for making sure we had everything we needed. You're the best!!!

Hillary Camilla was incredibly friendly and responsive, even shipping us an iron when the current iron stopped working. She made sure we had everything that was needed. House was very comfortable for 4 adults- could have held more. Perfect location for the wedding we were attending.

We had a great stay at Snowbird 108. Communication was great, check-in process was easy. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and cozy. The pellet stovr was a very nice touch. Very quiet and relaxing. Great location, super convenient for the kids, they could walk back when they were tired. I wish we could have stayed longer, will be back!

Great condo. Location was excellent, and we enjoyed skiing and downtown. The condo is clean and has everything needed. It is nicely updated and comfortable.

Great place to stay! We were snowboarding at Mt. Hood and Timberline. It's very close and has an adorable little town in walking distance or a 30 second car ride away. Place was spacious and the laundry is free in the basement. I would recommend staying here rather than Mt Hood Village as it's farther and not as much of a town vibe. This was perfect for us and the hosts are quick to respond and very helpful. Would stay again!

Great condo for our ski trip. We loved the hot tub and warmed pool. Great stay for kids. They had lots of toys, books, kid utensils, and a pack and play that all made our stay much easier with a little one.

Overall, I would recommend staying at Top Floor Water View Oasis. We encountered a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the host team responded quickly and I think did their best to resolve them. Pros: -As others have mentioned, the view is spectacular—we spent a lot of time enjoying the water views from the balcony. -We were in town for a concert at Climate Pledge Arena and the location was incredibly convenient. If you're attending an event there, this condo is perfect. -Our family (two adults and two teenagers) stayed for two nights and found the space comfortable. The condo is exactly as described in the listing and worked well for us since we were out and about most of the time. -Self-check-in was seamless, and building access was easy.
