Barn vacation rentals in Rocky Mountains

The studio was exactly as described! The grounds were absolutely incredible, including the views of the sound and Mt Rainier. We are already planning on coming back as this was the best place for some much need rest and relaxation.

This place was amazing. It is a little red barn set out a little bit in the country. Modern on the inside with everything we needed and beautiful surroundings on the outside. The accommodations were great and comfortable. Christy communicated with us every step of the way and was super nice and friendly. We came to Washington for a visit with an Army buddy of my boyfriend. Turns out, we were only 10 minutes from his ranch by staying here and this place was so unique my boyfriend proposed to me in it. Just a magical experience, we will definitely book it again next time we come to visit. Thank you for a great experience Christy!

David and Ken provide a spectacular space in White Bird. The house is charming and comfortable, and the views are beautiful. They are proactive hosts and try to provide direction on things to do in the area, which I really appreciated. The house truly has everything you could need, and I spent equal amounts of time hanging out and cooking inside, taking in the views from the deck, and exploring the area. A lot of reviews talk about the benefits of hosting a group in this space, but I'd also flag that it makes a great solo spot. Overall, a fantastic stay that significantly elevated by visit to Idaho.

We have a lovely weekend at Paulette and Ron’s place. It was a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature and farm animals. It was really nice for our 1 year old who was excited to see the friendly dogs, goats and chickens. There also was a nice view of Olympic. Paulette was super flexible with arrival and check out. We also had fresh eggs and cookies that were waiting for us. I hope we will be back!

We absolutely loved staying at Honey’s Place and guess who met us first as we arrived? None other than Honey! We immediately felt like this was gonna be a great week. This was our first time to Montana and yes we are a little crazy for coming in the winter but we wanted to experience the beauty and rawness of winter in Montana along with the beautiful snow covered mountains all around us. Honey’s Place was perfect for our daily excursions to Glacier National Park, Big Fork, Symes Hot Springs and Whitefish. We loved chillin in the hot tub and the peacefulness of our location. We don’t like to be crowded and this was just right. Loved watching the dogs frolic in the snow and they would greet us every single time we returned. Petting the pony and lambs was an added bonus. Steve always an amazing host although we thought they were crazy to be going white water rafting the day we were headed up to the snow covered mountains. He said it’s only cold if you fall in. Haha! Perfect trip!

Cutest air b and b i have ever stayed at. Felt like home to me and was so convenient. Close to so many state parks, easy to find, wonderful amenities …. I want to come back !!!

Best airBnB experience we’ve ever had. We already miss Scootch the herd dog, our host, the horses, the chickens and their fresh eggs, feeding the cows and new baby born calf, and the great views of snow capped mountains. Was a short half hour drive to downtown Tahoe, but we had more fun being on the ranch. The host took care of us like we were family. Unforgettable memories for us and our kids. ❤️😌

I can't say enough about our stay at Rivendale. This was, without a doubt, our favorite AirB&B stay, and Rivendale is clearly in the top 1%. Dave & Linda have put so much care into creating a beautiful, remodeled barn that's full of charm and comfort. We traveled with our four kids (ages 10-18), and they ALL had an absolute blast (which is hard to do!) The property offers a ton of fun activities, including a pond with a zip line, paddle boats, fishing, a golf cart to explore the spacious, wooded grounds and even TVs. We also enjoyed beach fires with marshmallow roasting, all in the privacy of the well-maintained lot. In the morning were treated to fresh eggs from the henhouse, delicious bacon, and warm English muffins – such a thoughtful touch! Dave & Linda are amazing hosts who genuinely care about making your stay special. Whether you’re a family, couple, or anyone looking for a peaceful, off-the-beaten-path escape, Rivendale is the perfect spot. We’ll definitely be back!

We were a little nervous because my wife is very allergic to cats but we had NO ISSUES whatsoever. Very clean and homie. Beautiful view of the sunrise in the morning. Great spot to stay

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. It's in a gorgeous location with a view of the ocean from the deck. You can hear the waves in the distance. There's a hot tub that's in a beautiful spot beside a running creek with a waterfall. The house is clean, spacious, and very quiet. There's a wonderful little trail from the house that connects to the Mt Davis Trail, which is one of my favorite trails on Mt Tam, and is a beautiful little walk to town. Annie was wonderful - friendly, kind, helpful, and flexible. Would definitely stay again.

Everything thing was great! Loved the location and the view of the snow capped mountains! The bunkhouse was really unique and we enjoyed our stay there. I loved the animals and gardens and came away with some ideas I can implement at our little place. I am so glad to see that she has a water reclamation system!!! We will definitely try to make a return visit and stay with them again!!!

We had such an amazing Thanksgiving stay in the snow. The house and snow-covered outdoors was amazing and was such a magical place for our family to gather. Laurel and Blake were amazing, responsive hosts, especially during a holiday week. Blake quickly fixed a propane heater problem caused by the extreme weather and completely saved our Thanksgiving meal. We were so appreciative of their responsiveness and care, and would love to come back sometime in the future.

Had an excellent stay at Blessed’s home! She was so responsive, kind, and helpful. Her home is in a very nice area and central to many places. Highly recommend her Airbnb!!!

Sheila is super nice. The home looks like the pictures. We had wonderful nights and enjoyed the private patio with firepit. I definitely will come again.

This was the best vacation we're had in years. What a beautiful place! Inside, and outside both! And Carol and David were wonderful, and were always giving us feedback and good tips for things to see and do. Don't know what else to say, except God willing, we'll go back there again! This home was a perfect place to stay while at the Tulip Festival. I would definitely book again! It was clean and comfortable and included amenities for preparing your own food if you wanted.

Really loved The Barn. Stayed there with my family for a special trip and it was a highlight in Taos. The peaceful and beautiful surroundings, especially the back yard and the river made it truly special. The beds/pillows are pretty comfortable, the bathrooms nicely updated and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. I had some issue figuring out how to turn off the downstairs bedroom heater that was on when we arrived, as there was no guidance on what "off" meant. The button simply changes color between red and black (turns out black = off). You will also need to run the kitchen faucet for a pretty long time before you can get cold water to come out of the tap (we ended up filling up a pitcher and sticking it in the fridge, to conserve water). But other than those minor things, everything was great. I recommend bringing binoculars with you (I am mad I forgot mine) because if you enjoy bird watching, its a perfect spot for it. Highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous little stay! We stayed here to visit Sequoia, although it is a 2 hour drive to see the typical Sequoia spots. We really enjoyed the little tour around the ranch and the beautiful surroundings!

What a charming place! We loved this cute little apartment. The room was well decorated and had lots of light. The game room down below was amazing. The bathrobes were a cute final touch. Very lovely! We enjoyed hearing the ducks on the mini farm as we left. Terri was so helpful! She responded to our questions so quickly and was so kind! Her suggestions for activities in the area were very helpful.

We had a great stay at the Grain Bin! The views of the mountains were nice, the room was novel, with a very comfortable bed and we loved visiting with all of the animals- namely, Mittens the incredibly cuddly cat who frequently came to visit.

The barn is more than just a barn its a home away from home. We were very pleased with everything. The views were amazing. Everything you could want to cook with and more. Plenty of games and stuff to do. Perfect for two to get away. Directions on apple were not correct but we quickly figured it out. The only down side was the neighbors dog. He thought we were in his yard. But stood my ground and told him to go home and he did. But vacations wouldn't be fun without a little bit of unexpected excitement.
