This beautiful cabin is in the hills of southern Ohio and includes the use of a 4 acre lake and 5 boats. Very private and remote, no neighbor houses can be seen. Great fishing for bass, bluegill, crappie and catfish. Shelter house near lake with 2 picnic tables and fire pit and firewood. Sleeping for 12 adults; one queen bed and one adult bunkbed, plus loft with 2 twin beds and floor cushions. Full kitchen with all utensils, appliances, etc. Also, log cabin available for all groups of 7 or more

Enjoy beautiful Rocky Fork Lake, Amish countryside, hike and explore The Arc of Appalachia. Boat rental is just down the road at Bayside Bait and tackle. Our cabin has 2 full size beds upstairs in loft area as well as a comfy queen sofa that makes a decent bed also. There is a small table and chairs. There is also a larger refrigerator on covered back porch.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.This 14x40 cottage is brand new with a front and back porch. The front porch is the whole length of the cabin with 4 rockers to sit in and relax. The back porch has seating that overlooks farmland and you may see an occasional deer grazing in the field. There is a gas grill on the back porch as well. We have a fenced private area with a fire pit and chairs to enjoy a fire on a cool night.

Kati's place was absolutely beautiful. My husband and I wanted a stress-free, peaceful getaway and Franklin House fit the bill perfectly. The house is lovely. The decor is so well-done, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. There is a large bay window that we loved! It was a little cool so we sat in the living room in front of the fire and just soaked up the peace, looking out that window at the countryside. The farm the house sits on is a working farm and we really enjoyed watching them bring in their hay. That was quite a process!!! If you're looking for a place to unwind and de-stress for a few days, this place is perfect!

Great trip! Loved the town of Hillsboro and the location of the cabin. Cabin was lovely besides the stink bugs, these were a serious problem. Lots of dead ones everyone and definitely had an infestation, took about 6 live ones outside in our 3 day trip. Definitely something to look into but other than that everything else was perfect!
