This place is great! Great location, clean , stocked well if you are cooking . Plenty of towels . Beds are comfortable. If you have questions there is always a quick response . Will stay here again .

Absolutely loved our stay at the Peacock House! It was so cute, decorated adorably, and was so comfortable. We felt right at home settling in! It was so cool getting to enjoy the wild peacocks in the neighborhood too! The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to cook. The beds were very comfortable and linens were cozy and clean. We loved the backyard! It was a rainy weekend for us, so we didn’t get to sit out there but for a few moments in the rain breaks, but we will absolutely be back in the future! Thank you for a lovely weekend getaway for my bday. 10/10 recommend. Very convenient location for all downtown access.

We had to travel to DeSoto for a sports competition for my daughter. I was so thankful to find this air bnb in the neighborhood that I did. We felt very safe. We even went on an evening walk. The home was so clean, so cozy, we had everything we needed. Comfy bed , great pillows.

I will definitely stay here again. Updated house and comfortable beds. Neighbors were nice and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Great backyard and fenced in. Great for pet owners. Conveniently located. A little vague on instructions for check out, but Valentino was quick to respond to my questions.

This is our second stay at Susan’s lovely home. The accommodations were perfect. My 3 year old granddaughter had outdoor space to run around and loved making friends with the neighbor’s horse. The house is beautifully decorated, we felt right at home and we’re sad to see our stay come to an end. We hope to be back in the fall.

Josh is really awesome. He is a very nice host. Josh is putting a good amount of attention on the customers and make sure they are happy and smooth with the stay. His response is in minutes whenever you need help. I love this host. Thank you, Josh.

Lisa and Tony are great hosts! The house was really nice and allowed me to host my family for a lovely Thanksgiving dinner. My mother did not want to leave the master suite! The neighborhood was quiet and clean with easy access to the highway. Instructions were easy to follow and they answered my questions quickly!

This is the perfect spot of you want to be near Deep Ellum and downtown! The house is tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood and is great for families or groups. Everything was clean and in working order. The host is responsive and friendly. We were within minutes of shops, galleries, restruants and nightlife. Loved it!

Hosts were great, everything was easy. Rooms were spacious and the house had a great flow. It was a family get-together and everyone complimented the home. Directions were clear, but not over restrictive. We look forward to going back next time we are meeting family in Dallas.

This is definitely the best stay we have ever had in Dallas. The host is incredibly conscientious and anytime there was an issue. He was quick to address it. The backyard is a wonderful private oasis. The pool was warm and the beds were comfortable. There’s also a generous size TV in the living room. Overall, we will stay here absolutely every time we have the opportunity.

This home is beautiful, located in a wonderful and peaceful spot, and is gorgeously decorated. Our host, Karla, was very friendly and willing to help with any questions we had. My family of 9 stayed for spring break and enjoyed spending time making memories here, knowing we will be back again! Only recommendation for this home would be to update the listing title as it states a heated pool and hot tub, but there is no hot tub. The hot tub area was considered a kids pool, which our kiddos definitely enjoyed it. Overall, this listing is a great family home, very spacious, and allowed for everyone to feel at home. Book here and you won’t regret it!

I have stayed with Troy now on two separate occasions. The decor in this place is absolutely gorgeous, and stacked with beautiful foliage/plants both inside and out. Troy was very accommodating and responsive when I made my second request for booking but also very respectful of my privacy once I arrived on location. I would love the opportunity to stay here again in the future and look forward to it!Would definitely recommend.

Amazing place, beautiful pool, perfect location. Everyone in my group was amazed at the house and all of the art. The back yard was perfect for our Sunday barbecue and pool day. Hosts were very helpful and extremely responsive when we needed help. Between the house and the hosts they made me look like a great host for a weekend my friends and I will be talking about for a long time!!!

We had a pleasant experience at this home! The home was as described in the text and the images; it has been well maintained over the years. The neighborhood was great for our need for privacy and quietness. Tiffany and Patrick were very responsive to our needs and also mindful of our need for privacy. All around great rental and great hosts!

Enrique is a pleasurable person and an attentive host! I had a couple of requests that were fulfilled expeditiously. The guesthouse was spacious; very clean; stocked with the basic amenities and it matched the listing description to the letter. There is a convenient Supermercado that is well-stocked like a small grocery store within a few steps. The community was quiet and the people were very friendly. Although the guesthouse is in a school, the side streets offer an easy work around during peak hours. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!

We had a great time at this location! Terri was great to work with and we truly enjoyed the openness outside with lake views. It rained our last day but there was plenty of space for us to play pool and games in the garage. I will book again!

As always Paul’s place was impeccable, well-worth the money and Paul is very accommodating! I am always looking for his place when in town

We had a great 9-day stay while working remotely. The home was exactly as described: modern, spacious, and spotless, with very comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and excellent Wi-Fi. It was perfect for just the two of us, with loads of space, but could easily fit more. Check-in was smooth and communication was clear. The location is quiet and private, with easy parking right outside. We found some great local spots too. Turbo Coffee was a favourite. You’ll want a car, as it’s a bit remote, but we’d definitely stay again.

Little musty smell at first smelled like it had been clean. Really thoroughly went away after a day or 2.

We loved our time in Sylvia’s home. We stayed in Sylvia’s home while our personal home underwent a substantial remodel. Sylvia’s Airbnb was a home away from home. Conveniently located in an area close to every major highway and tollway in North Dallas, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options abound. Sylvia and her team were extremely responsive every time we communicated. I highly recommend staying in this property. If ever I need a long or short term home, this home will be my first choice.
