Vacation rentals with breakfast in Rockville

We stayed in Katherine's place at a very difficult time - we came to DC for our son's heart surgery. We could not have been happier to be staying in such a comfortable, lovely, and truly homey place during this difficult time. The house is very practical, with a perfect lay out (it was my husband and I, our two kids, and our in laws staying at the house, and we had plenty of space). The play room and the variety of toys and books were absolutely amazing for the kids to be happy and entertained at home for hours on end, while my son recuperated from the surgery - the layout is excellent, because you can cook, or relax in the living room, while being able to monitor the kids at all times in the playroom. Katherine was very responsive, flexible and a please sure interact with at all times. The DC summer heat and mosquitos did not allow us to enjoy the backyard as much as we hoped, but in a different weather, the backyard would for sure be wonderful to enjoy.

Sharon to say the least was a great host from start to finish she gave us alot of info on things to do and to book in advance without her knowledge of booking early attractions we would have missed out my 2 teenagers didnt want to leave her house is so comfortable and welcoming felt like home the coffee and creamer was a huge bonus for me the board games where a bonus for us as a family also she has a binder with tons of restaurants and info metro cards to borrow and even umbrellas for the inclement weather if your on the fence about staying somewhere else to save a buck do yourself a favor and spend that extra buck with sharons place would love to visit again in future very responsive and place is impeccable thanks again for hosting us Sharon and God Bless

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The clean beds and linens, along with the well-equipped kitchen utensils, truly brightened our experience. Thank you so much! Points of Concern: Due to construction on the Purple Line, the road in front of the house turned into a gravel path, which became muddy on rainy days. Additionally, the noise from construction early in the morning was somewhat noticeable. We stayed on the ground floor, and at times, we could hear voices from the basement occupants late at night. It felt like further soundproofing measures might be needed.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was a bit nervous since I didn’t know what to expect. However, the host provided clear instructions before my arrival, which made checking in easy. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the home—it exceeded my expectations. I’m typically used to staying in hotels when I travel, but this home offered much more privacy, which I really appreciated. While there was a nearby freight train, it didn’t bother me at all. The host was very responsive to my questions and helpful throughout my stay. There was a minor issue with the garbage disposal, but once I let the host know, they had it fixed by the next day, which was great. The location was convenient, with plenty of retail stores nearby like Marshall’s, Ross, the Nike Outlet, H&M, and even Dave & Buster’s. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in town.

We had a wonderful stay at Lea’s home. We traveled with a 7 and 3 year old and we really appreciated the family friendly amenities, games and toys. She also made you feel right at home with a welcoming message and snacks for the family. We also appreciated the park and playground that was right behind the house- the kids loved that. She provided metro cards to use, which was great. Metro was about a 15 minute walk from the location and it was near a shopping center and many restaurants. Definitely recommend !

Eugenie and Keith were awesome hosts. When we arrived they were enjoying the firepit which smelled wonderful, and because this unit is a guesthouse, we were able to meet them at check-in which was pretty cool. They were respectful of us being there and didn't bother us outside a reminder of the placement of the thermostat (it was a chilly weekend). The space was super welcoming and cozy! Upon entry, there's an Oasis 🪴 of plants in the sunroom that makes you want to sit in for hours. The furniture is super comfy and there's extra throw blankets for extra coziness and snuggles 🥰. The bathroom is immaculate. My wife has been in the hospitality industry and for her to be awed says a ton. (I actually got bonus points for picking this space because she took my reservation card away🤣). The bedroom was so well put together that for the 1st time ever sleeping in a different space, we were able to have the most peaceful sleep and were well rested in the morning. I absolutely loved this home. I love older homes. Very clean and tidy. The host was very responsive. Left a beautiful basket of snacks for us and gave lots of recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Neighborhood was peaceful and safe. It was a 7 minute walk to the metro which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place and hope I get to make it back here again for another trip and reserve this house again.

Unfortunately we only had time to stay one night and were short on time so we didn’t get to explore the area too much. However the space was perfect! As other guests have mentioned, you can hear just about everything that is going on the floor above you. But it was not bothersome to us and nothing disruptive or ridiculously loud. The space was actually better in person, seemed larger and more spacious as well. Highly recommend!

This house met more than our expectations. The hosts were friendly and very quick to respond. The house was extremely clean and organized. It was perfect. We felt safe with our children. Plenty of space for us all. Anytime we visit DC, we will book our stay here! 10/10 recommend.

This private entrance unit was exactly as described: clean, in a very nice neighborhood about a ten minute walk from the Metro station into DC. We'd definitely stay there the next time we visit DC.

Anne’s space is absolutely it. We went for a 2-day stay while in Baltimore & it helped me fall in love with the city all over again. She is SUPER communicational and even had light snacks available when we arrived. (banana,apple,yogurt,granola) this is the perfect place in between the city and urban-local Baltimore.

We stumbled on this place last minute and it was the best thing ever! Amazing value for the location itself as well as the space. Perfect location if you’re wanting to be close to things! Perfect space for a couple or solo traveler. Felt super safe and had everything we needed and more. Corbin was super nice and helpful with some last minute things on our end and we are super grateful! We will absolutely be looking to book this location again for our next trip there.

We had a great stay. We loved how close the Metro station was and we were able to get all over the city. Glad we didn't need a car. The place was just as pictured and very comfortable. We loved all the snacks, breakfast and drinks when we got there. We only had to contact John once and they were very responsive. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Enchanted in Alexandria! The space was beautifully stocked with everything we needed, and we felt comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. Becky was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. One of our favorite features was the garden area – so peaceful and charming, and the fire pit made it even more special. If we’re ever in the DC area again, we’ll definitely be booking Enchanted without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Coming to DC by myself, and only having about 24 hours to explore the city, I couldn't have been happier with my choice of Airbnb! I didn't get to meet Bruce, but he was always responsive, helpful, and friendly when I messaged him. Vania was such a kind and gracious host! She goes out of her way to make sure you have a restful experience, customized to what you want to get out of your stay. She made the most tasty and beautifully presented breakfast for me, made recommendations based on what I wanted to see, and was a pleasure to talk to. Bruce and Vania were so flexible with check-in and check-out and made everything a breeze. The room was cozy and comfortable and the neighborhood felt completely safe and walkable. I'm already convincing friends that they need to go to DC and stay here!

The B&B was amazing!! 1) the location was perfect 2) super responsive hosts 3) accommodated our food allergies and the breakfast was delicious and aesthetic 4) the hosts were super informative and did a superb job restoring the house 5) the house was so fun, everywhere you looked was a new and exciting thing to see; it reminded me of the house from Practical Magic, just so fun! 10/10 would book again!

The host was super welcoming both Natalie & her mother! Beautiful personalties. The whole backyard was beautiful! She had wonderful plants. Felt like eating in a garden. I ordered just snacks for dinner after paying bills, and instead of me eating just the snacks, she made me dinner. Soooo good. The bed was comfortable! Bathroom clean, towels clean. The room smelled good. The view from the window is awesome. I slept good. I sleep on my couch at home and gave my boys the rooms, so the bed was so comforting. Her home was clean; lots of windows and good lighting. I wish I got to see Bambi but maybe next time lol. There were cute chocolates, tv had everything including YouTube. There was plenty of space as well. One thing about Natalie’s mom we had a great conversation plan on having another one. Natalie is talented, free spirited, and such a breath of fresh air. Mom was as well. Enlightening comforting experience! Thank you. I would recommend.

Marsha and Odin are absolutely wonderful hosts! And the Cozy Cottage is just lovely. It is the perfect location for anyone going to an event at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. I’m not sure if he was supposed to have it, but I found it so endearing when he brought a shoe over to show me 🥰😂 I will absolutely check for availability here for my next trip to Annapolis!

We love staying at Linda’s place! The property is gorgeous and the place really is sparkling clean. We especially loved reading in the rockers on the porch while the birds were singing to us. Beautiful place - can’t wait for our next visit!

It was a great place to stay in the heart of the action in Annapolis! We loved walking down Main Street, checking out the Statehouse, and the restaurant downstairs was delicious!
