The place was well equipped for my 2 year old with a pack and play, high chair and baby gate for the stairs. Apartment felt safe and secure and minutes to the Capitol building.

This was our second stay here - the home is very comfortable and the back yard is a veritable oasis if the weather cooperates. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Hampden.

Greg’s place was very clean and in a great location. Walkable to markets, restaurants, and metro. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a great place to stay during our family vacation to DC!

Super nice place. Probably the most well stocked place we’ve stayed at. Walkable to everything and still in a quiet location. Bathroom was spacious and clean! Hot tub in the courtyard was a nice touch. Parking was a little short to come by but we always found a spot on Baltimore St right next to Patterson Park. Charmed Coffee was a great place for coffee and breakfast…dog friendly! 10/10.

Wonderful place, exactly as pictured and described! Parking was not a problem, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Just a few blocks to Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, King Street, and the Alexandria Waterfront. The backyard seating and BBQ are such a nice bonus!

This place is a great homebase if you’re exploring Washington/Arlington. King Street is just down the road, so there is a huge variety of places to eat nearby. There are a lot of little extras (shampoos, and cooking ingredients and the like) that aren’t listed, but are available. Super convenient.

Really enjoyed our stay in this home. Beautiful, modern home equipped with everything you need for a great getaway! love the fact that the home is in pristine conditions and spotless. Great taste in decor, very spacious, ideal for a big family. Only regret is that we wish we could've stayed longer. Host was very nice and willing to help! Definitely would consider returning!

My family of 6 stayed at Alvaro’s place for our daughter’s graduation weekend from Georgetown University! The home couldn’t have been in a better location! Very walkable to wonderful restaurants, shops and bakeries. We did not have to rent a car, we walked everywhere we needed to in Georgetown and if we had to go downtown we took an Uber, which was very convenient. The house couldn’t have been better for my family. Everyone had their own space and we enjoyed having family meals at the big dining room table and at the end of the day we could all fit in the living room and talk about our day. We also enjoyed the beautiful lush patio. We would have afternoon cocktails out there before we went to dinner. It was well appointed with all the amenities you may need and the air conditioner worked really well, even on the third floor. I cannot say enough about how perfect this home was and also how easy the communication was with Alvaro. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!

My family and I had a lovely stay at this Airbnb. The home had everything we needed and was perfect for a family getaway. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and full of charm. Great for relaxing strolls or exploring local spots. It felt safe and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and the overall comfort of the space. Would definitely recommend to other families looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, wonderful host. Sam was communicative and helpful from the day we booked. He was available to us via the app throughout our stay. We had an initial challenge with the sofa bed but with his help all was resolved.

Nnekas was quick to answer our questions, always kind and professional, easy to work with , for example we requested to extend our stay, she immediately let us know the date range that it was possible. The accommodations were very comfortable and the view out the back was lovely. The neighborhood was safe and the parking was assigned right outside the door. There is a lovely park and river walk nearby.

Mariama was very quick to reply to questions and helpful. The place was extremely clean, roomy and well decorated. Far worth the price and an overall great experience.

The host makes my first Airbnb stay memorable and safe for my family and proactive in communicating. I stay there again and again on this Memorial Day weekend.

I absolutely loved my stay at Petra’s Place! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. Petra was a fantastic host, responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Five stars all around!

This was by far one the very best accommodations I've ever experienced! Ashley and Richard are the most warm and welcoming hosts and made me feel as if I was home, with their friendliness as well as all the extra details to make guests totally comfortable. Their home is absolutely beautiful, with such creative uniqueness that they make look effortless, but creates such a cozy space you never want to leave! But with all of downtown Frederick literally just outside the door, exploring is also made extremely easy. The town is full of cafes and whimsical retailers full of very cool finds and friendly locals. I look forward to returning!

We loved our stay in this townhome! It’s in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood but still just minutes from all the shops, restaurants, and waterfront. The home was clean, comfortable, and felt like a perfect home base to explore the city. Would definitely stay again!

We could tell that Ali added nice touches to make our stay extra special. Some snacks, lovely lighting for the back porch, and plenty of space to spread out inside. The pool table was cute for the kids. Adults played too and we got a kick out of it. It was very clean and I appreciated the decorations.

We had a wonderful time! Very close to the Innovation station for the Sliver line Metro which was fantastic in traveling into and out of DC. Super simple. There wasn't a Keurig but a nice Nespresso machine which worked well. I suspect they'll add a Keurig in the future.Very nice and new area, close to Dulles, highways and Metro...which puts everything in reach. Metro was safe and clean. We plan on visiting again! Host is great and very responsive.

Our stay at Luis’s place in Hyattsville was absolutely lovely! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. Luis was a fantastic host—communicative, thoughtful, and clearly takes pride in creating a comfortable space for his guests. The unit itself was a charming little retreat, tucked away with a cozy walkway that made it feel like our own private hideaway. Inside, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The bathroom was impressively well-stocked with all the essentials (and then some!), which was such a thoughtful touch. We especially loved how peaceful the neighborhood felt, yet we were only a quick 20-minute drive from the heart of D.C. It was the perfect home base for our city adventures, and such a comforting place to return to after a long day of exploring.

We had an amazing stay at the Townhouse in Washington. The place was spotlessly clean and newly decorated with the best mattress and duvet. The location is excellent-just off 14th street with the best restaurants all around you. There’s a Trader Joe for groceries just a minute away. Jordan was easily accessible and responsive to our needs. We'd highly recommend the place to anyone looking for a fantastic location in DC!

Great stay! Accommodated our last minute request - helped us out big time. Very clean & clear instructions. Loved the complimentary coffees + honey. Love the self check in also. The couch set up in the living room w/ led light TV is the best part. Friendly hosts.
