Spacious two bedroom, basement, pet friendly apartment. Private entrance, full bathroom and kitchenette/coffee bar equipped with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and tea kettle. Please read the amenities list for information of what is included in the space. Large open space with couch, chairs and dining area. A desk is also available in one of the bedrooms. Pets are permitted, but there is a $50 pet fee that will be added. Gate entrance opens to a large fenced back yard. We live just above.
