Beach condo vacation rentals in Rockport Beach

Great stay with my adult children during the peak of spring break. The space is very cozy. Well kept and just a hop, skip and jump away from the beach!

We had the most amazing, peaceful, relaxing time. The place is immaculate. So modern and spacious. Jennifer responded quickly with any questions we had and was so kind to us. We give this place an A+ and will definitely book again soon. We’ve found our home away from home. Thanks again.

Great location! Informed us of unexpected maintenance at the unit next to us before we arrived so we could plan. We had a relaxing couple of days at the beach and hardly noticed the maintenance! Highly recommend!

William’s place was exactly as described on the listing. The condo is small but we loved the layout and our family of 6 fit very comfortably. The beds and couches were all very comfortable and I loved that dining table fit 6 people nicely as well. The location is the best part, so close to the beach! We had a great weekend at the beach. Would do it again!

The place was beautiful. It was very convenient to the Sandfest, it literally was steps away. Plenty of security . The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own Toilet paper and paper towels, lol. There was plenty provided but I am almost certain that it was probably from Dollar Tree. I am kinda spoiled , so in the big picture this was not an issue. I just went to one of the conveniently located stores and bought my own. It was very clean and had a beautiful view. I'm glad we were on the 2nd floor because the first floor would have just been a view of the dunes. They did leave us complimentary koozies, hat, and a tote bag which was nice. There was plenty of communication from AvantStay. Clear instructions, and not a giant to do/clean list upon checkout. I am always confused why there is a cleaning fee and a chore list. It really should be one or the other.We had a great time at Sandfest and would stay with them again.

Great place to stay! Walking distance to the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. Lucy was very accommodating and let us into the room before our check in! We will be back

It was wonderful to be so close to the water. The space was just enough for me and my girls and my fur girls. It was easy access for my fur girls to go out for restroom breaks or early walks by the water.

This place exceeded our expectations. Lots of extras. Perfect sunrise for coffee overlooking the Bay. Close access to Rockport and Goose Island. Loved the fishing at Copano Bay. Pier at condo was awesome lots of lights. Was too cold for pool so we will have to do that on our next stay. Very pet friendly. Had pet potty stations all over property with poop bags. I think this condo was the best on the property. Host is wonderful and response time was fabulous. And there were soooo many pillows and blankets I was amazed. Wish u could give more than 5 stars. Getting ready to book for July.

This was a great find! Quiet, cozy place which was perfect for my husband and me. Easy to find and very convenient location. Easy access and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was super responsive and provided great information to us.

We had an amazing stay, it was a short 5-10 min walk from the beach which was exactly what my group was looking for! Sheldon has anything and everything you could think of from a wagon to cooking seasoning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to family and friends

We stayed here for our family spring break with our three young children. We loved the smaller size of the overall complex and having a pool for the kids to play in before/after the beach. The condo was only a short walk to the beach; the path was also drivable. This was our first time in Port Aransas but certainly not our last! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cozy place in a very convenient spot on the island. The room was tidy and check out/in was a breeze. Hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating. Worth the price and would stay again!

Loved this little condo! Very quiet complex in the spring, I’m sure it gets very busy in the summer but it was perfect for our family before the busy season. 2 pools on site, perfect for kids. Not within golf cart zone, but we were fine with that for a short weekend trip.

Beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bathroom condo with brilliant views of the ocean, a large pool, and easy boardwalk access to the beach. All of the reviews here were spot on - thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely amazing stay! I can’t wait to go back if I get the chance. For me, the currently quiet location, winter visit, was just what the doctor ordered. I loved being able to walk right out to the beach at any time. The condo itself was just as pictured, probably better, super clean and welcoming. The views are the selling point here. I just couldn’t get enough of them. Being able to open the living room sliding doors to hear and see the waves crashing was the highlight of my stay. While the building is older, this unit is just stunning and fresh. I cooked every meal in the kitchen and found it clean, well organized and stocked. The only 2 issues I encountered were with the water pressure and temperature. At times it was a bit low and took a while to heat up. But it was really not a big deal. I did not use the hot tub or pool but heard others say the hot tub was nice in the cold weather. Both looked very clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. My kids loved the pool. It’s around the corner from the beach. Everything was clean. They had everything that we needed from blankets to pillows to Floaties for the kids and beach towels. Everything was great. The one thing I would say is we ran out of toilet paper and had to buy some. There was only one roll, however, the place was amazing! The Wi-Fi cable and variety of selection of DVDs for the kids to watch was awesome. Great spot for spring break.

A very nicely furnished and decorated condo on the second floor of the Aransas Princes with a wonderful balcony and view of the waves across the dunes. Beautiful sunrises! We had 4 adults and used all three sleeping areas, including the one sofa sleeper which was a little less comfortable but worked OK. We spent 3 nights and had everything we need, along with easy access to stores and restaurants for additional things.

Great location, real close to both beach and docks if your in-town for fishing.

Mayan Princess is a great place to stay with family. We loved 318 so we’d have the full coast view and greenery and didn’t have to look directly at the pool (I prefer nature!). Balconies were great for watching the sunrise and chilling. Condo was well equipped with sand toys, well stocked kitchen so I could cook aplenty- it really was paradise and I would stay here again! We were 5 in the condo- 3 adults and 2 small children and it was the perfect size. The beds were sooooo comfy, although the extra pullout beds were not (plan on sticking a young person on them, if needed). Overall we loved our stay and our host and would return if given the chance.

This is a first for me, but this place is way UNDER described here. The amount of space in this rental was amazing. We had 10 people from 8 months up to 60's and we all had plenty of room to spread out and not a single complaint about accommodations. The views are incredible. The only complaint we had at all as the condensation from the vent hood dripped onto a pan at one point which made us notice the not so clean vent hood insides. We later realized that it vents directly onto the windiest side possible and realized ocean air plus great air conditioning isn't a problem we will complain about.

Outstanding property! Pics don't do justice for this property. Pool is amazing and the beach is just a short walk over the dunes! Very family friendly and kids enjoyed a lot. Our Vacasa Rep, Gage who was on site was extremely helpful. He got our pool passes for us from the guest services as we were having a late arrival. This allowed us to enjoy the magnificent pool on our first evening itself. Definitely will visit again!!
