This is a completely separate cottage at the rear of our own home, on a quiet cul-de-sac, about one minutes "stroll" down to "our" (Rockley/Accra) beach. There's a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a smaller second bedroom. Open plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Veranda, small courtyard and a lawn. Within easy walking distance are a bank, doctor and pharmacy, a sports bars, a beach bar, 5 restaurants, a convenience store and 2 supermarkets.

A bright bedroom features a spacious bed adorned with a white comforter and starfish-patterned throw. Turquoise headboard complements decorative pillows. Nightstands with lamps flank the bed, and a vibrant piece of wall art adds a touch of color above.

We felt incredibly comfortable at Eleanor’s place. She is an amazing host – warm, welcoming, and always going the extra mile to make the stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The room was cleaned several times a week, including fresh towels and bed linens. Upon our arrival, the fridge was stocked with food and drinks – a thoughtful touch that’s far from a given! On top of that, Eleanor’s home is in a perfect location – just a few minutes’ walk from Accra Beach, with supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants all within easy reach. Dawn's cottage was an absolute hidden gem. The place was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated and very peaceful and relaxing. Just what I needed; I really enjoyed my morning cup of coffee listening to the water from her amazing koi pond. Everything about it was excellent and Dawn was a great host, checking to make sure I had everything I needed.

Everything you could want in a vacation place. Quiet beachfront out the back door and local exploration out the front door. Snorkel with turtles literally out your door or hop on a “boogie bus” and go touring to nearby beaches and restaurants! The place was beyond my expectations!

Loved being so close to the beach, public transport and so many places to eat. The pool and garden area for guests to relax and unwind was clean, private and beautiful. My unit was upstairs and I had views of the beach across the street. Having a balcony to relax on during the evenings was perfect.

My partner and I stayed at Susan's place for 10 days and it was fab! I booked the trip as a surprise for my partner's birthday and we had the best time. Susan was a great host. She kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. She recommended a great car rental place and even offered to bring us coffee when there was a power cut. We felt right at home at Susan's. It's a comfy space with everything you need for a beach holiday. There are beach towels, chairs, ice packs and a cooler for you to use as well as everything you'd need to cook with. There are fans and air-con in the bedroom. We were very comfortable our whole stay. Thanks Susan! Until next time!

Had a wonderful stay at Camelot house. Cozy little beach front apartment right in the heart of the city . close to great restaurants and amazing boardwalk. Peaceful veranda living area to unwind and listen to the ocean waves . Tina and Phillip were great hosts ,responsive, attentive, at all times available. We felt right at home. I recommend it 100%.
