Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

An easy walk to stunning unspoilt beaches, a sailing school, St Enodoc Golf Club, the ferry to Padstow, award winning restaurants and bars. Moments away from the shops including an artisan bakery, butcher, fish mongers, general store and newsagents. Beach only 400m away. Plus it's only a short drive to wonderful beaches including Daymer Bay and Polzeath. A well behaved pet is welcome at a fee of £50.

Which you can reach on foot along the camel trail and Saint's way. Our quaint courtyard garden at the front of the property is perfect for alfresco dining, whereas the cosy sitting room is relaxing, child-friendly and inviting after a long day of exploring! The property has parking for 1-2 cars, and also easy access to the bus stop in the village.

Greenhorn is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi detached cottage in the historic town of Padstow. It offers open plan living downstairs. We’ve furnished our place with comfort and style in mind and welcome families and pets (£25 fee). Brand new shower room fitted March 2025 and water pressure improved. Off road parking for one car and a 5-10 mins walk from Padstow Harbour and town. Patio area to the side of the house as well as decking at the rear via bi-fold doors in the lounge.

The Old Boathouse is a beautiful, spacious family holiday home with inverted living to take advantage of the stunning views over the estuary from the first floor. The large balcony off the kitchen diner is the perfect space for entertaining or to just sit and watch the world go by. The beach is in front of the house and there is easy access to all the estuary beaches, restaurants, shops, the ferry and water taxi to Padstow, St Enodoc Golf club and the water sports centre.

The open-plan living area features light wood paneling and large windows allowing natural light to fill the space. Two sofas are positioned around a wooden coffee table, with a television visible on a low shelf. Decorative flowers are placed on the table.
