Very pleasant stay in a well-located apartment in La Rochelle, clean and tastefully decorated.

Perfectly located appartment, and the garage is a huge advantage. Very nice place to stay at, close to everything, and easy to get in/out. I would not recommended it if you have small kids. There is some safety issues like the stairs, windows, plugs, and furniture that can fall.

Breathtaking view of the sea and a beautiful old tree at sunrise and sunset. Very clean and functional accommodation. Easy check-in and checkout thanks to the lockbox and communication with Clémence. We would recommend it in a second.

Patrice is a welcoming, warm and accommodating host (thank you again for adapting to our check-in and check-out times!!). The accommodation is in a great location, on a quiet street, and close to shops and restaurants. We are delighted with our La Rochelle weekend and hope to come back one of these days!

Functional and pleasant accommodation in the heart of La Rochelle. Great host

We had a great time at Anne's, who is a very responsive host. The location of the apartment is ideal, quiet, 2 steps from the ocean. Right next to the apartment is a Spa Restaurant Hotel where we were able to eat, the meal and service are excellent, and the terrace offers an incredible view of the ocean.

The apartment is very well located, at the foot of the Tour de la Lanterne, a stone's throw from the old port and 5 minutes from the beach of La Concurrence. The place is ideal for walking, cycling (self-service station nearby) and for taking the bus boats to the aquarium or the Port des Minimes. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the train station.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Our stay went very well and the accommodation contributed greatly to it, its location, its brightness, its amenities. A big thank you for the bikes too.

Nice place to stay within walking distance of a mini golf course and one of the beaches of Fouras. To access the city center and the Grande Plage doable on foot but also by car place available. Perfect for a couple with a child The owner is very responsive and offered us things that were happening in Fouras

Very good hosting from David, warm welcome. Impeccable accommodation, as described, very accessible for people with reduced mobility. Quiet, peaceful. Great restaurants not too far away. Address worth recommending!

Corinne, our host, greeted us very kindly upon arrival. She is very responsive and available. His advice on the area was very valuable to us. The accommodation was clean, spacious and very well located, both quiet and close to the shops of Port des Barques. We had a great time.

The accommodation was really perfect, as advertised and well worth the price. Very well located, a short walk to the Nonnes beach, in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The host was very responsive and clear in his explanations, everything was simple and well organized. I had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

Amazing apartment on the port front in La Rochelle, with great views and in the centre of this very walkable town. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need, including for travelling with a baby. Highly recommended!

We were greeted by Christine, she is a very gracious lady and surprised us going above & beyond by helping us carry heavy suitcases up to the 4th floor as elevator was not working. The apt. is just as described, tastefully decorated, very clean, luminous and appointed for our week long stay. Very good location as well. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Valerie's apartment. Tastefully decorated, we were pleasantly surprised by all the little touches and equipment. Great location, we were able to do anything on foot. Living during the day but quiet at night. Not insignificant little more: private parking in a city where all spaces are paid. I recommend it. Looking forward to coming back to this little cocoon.
