The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

The house where we stayed is in great condition, it is super complete, in a quiet place. Mattia was always super nice, he responded super fast to all our questions. We had 2 babies, he left 2 high chairs and 2 cribs for us. He gave us recommendations for pastries and restaurants. we were late and arrived super late to check in, and he didn't put up any problems. always very friendly. We recommend the house to everyone, as well as the host :) thank you for everything Mattia!

The perfect Getaway. Beautiful Nature , perfect for biking and a fully equipped house that is tailored for 8 adults. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Andy and Sabine are the definition of Superhosts. We will be back.

Looking for a quiet escape? This place delivers. Tucked into nature, it’s private, peaceful, and instantly feels like home. You can pick fresh veggies and cherries straight from the garden—yes, they taste as good as they sound. The kitchen’s got everything you need (and bonus points for the charming red tablecloths). The house is spacious, the view is unreal. One spontaneous 5am wake-up turned into a front-row seat to the most unforgettable sunrise. Only regret? Not staying longer.

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

We had a wonderful stay! The view over the vineyards is absolutely stunning, and the pool was a real highlight – perfect for relaxing. Alberto was very kind and helpful, which made us feel really welcome. There are also some great restaurants nearby, which was a big plus. The only small downside was that the beds were a bit worn-out, but everything else more than made up for it.

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

The cleanest flat we have ever been. This is an amazing place to stay, and it was impressive how clean the apartment was. We felt like kings. Strongly recommend. The host was super nice and friendly with ready recommendations. Amazing!!! Also the beds were very good for sleep and the kitchen had everything you need. Beautiful balcony and there is place to park your car.

Very nice apartment with wonderful hosts. Everything is as described and previous reviews. We spent two nights in the house and were glad that it was convenient to explore the surroundings - Bergamo and San Pellegrino - everything is nearby. The house has books, guidebooks and games in case the weather is not good. The only thing we didn't find was dishes to cook, but we didn't need them. Well, it is also important to note that the house is in a fairly large village, according to the description we thought it was a more secluded place. But that wasn't a problem either, because the village is quiet. Thank you for having us!

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the place and the old little house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thanks also for the warm welcome and the tips. We were guests at Adamo's chalet for just a few days but it was an unforgettable experience. The house is well maintained both inside and out, with all the comforts and well equipped. Even Fara, our furry baby, immediately settled in and especially enjoyed the outdoor area that surrounds the entire house. Marco was always available and also provided us with valid directions regarding the various routes to take in the area. We also had the pleasure of meeting Adam, who liked our salads. We'll be happy to come back.

The host was super helpful and nice. The stay was pleasant I would only recommend that you take a car as it can be difficult to get around on foot.

We had the best week at this beautiful home. We are so happy we were able to stay here and will definitely want to stay again if we can come back to Varenna. We spent a very relaxing week in Federico's well-kept house and surroundings. We liked the quiet location of the accommodation and the view of the mountains very much. It was particularly nice to enjoy the morning coffee in the first rays of sunshine at the house in the beautiful garden or to spend some reading time on the deck chairs in the sun under the palm trees in the late afternoon. The bright and cozy winter garden is also great for all meals. Federico is a warm host and always available for questions or arrangements. We felt completely comfortable.

Had a short two night stay at Alexsandras apartment. She was really friendly and informative, and her lovely parents met us on arrival. The view of Lake Iseo is stunning, and as we arrived late, she recommended a really good pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The space is spotless and has a great kitchen. As is usual in Italy, there's no microwave. Italians like their food fresh! You definitely need a small car to get there, but that's why they invited a Fiat 500! Getting there is along very tight streets, and very steep roads, so a small car is essential, but that adds to the charm. Really good spot!

For us, Casa Berta was the perfect place to stay! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were glad to leave the crowds (late May!) behind and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the street to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, because it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough so that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.

Everything about this place is perfect. Just be warned if you are wanting to be right near a city it is about a 1.5 mile walk. But that also means you are closer to little beach areas which were awesome!
